The Bundoora campus, in the north-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, is 18 kilometres north-east of Melbourne’s city centre – a relaxing environment surrounded by open spaces and native parklands. The campus, with East and West sections on either side of Plenty Road, houses many of RMIT’s engineering, health and medical sciences and education programs.

1. If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, we will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns within 6 hours.



*Any issues with cleanliness must be brought up to the host within 6 hours of check-in and must allow for remediation. No refunds will be allowed if remediation is not permitted.



2. The Apartment is professionally cleaned each stay, the guest is requested to return the apartment in a neat and tidy manner on check out - any damages, or excess cleaning will be charged to the guest.



3. We work hard to make sure every guest is happy and enjoys the stay, so please ensure the total number of guests is accurate at booking.



4. Lost and found property

We only keep ‘lost and found property’ for up to two weeks. If guests approach us for the ‘lost and found property’, please provide your current residential address and we are happy to post it for you. However, guests are responsible for all postage fees.



5. After making a reservation, you might be requested to provide identification. This important measure is in place to maintain a secure environment and ensure that all guests meet our age verification requirements. As part of our policy, we cannot rent our rooms to individuals below a certain age or to someone using a different name.
