Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in small boutique complex of just 4 special units. It's all about location. In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier. Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. This 1st floor unit is in our duplex building.

THE SPACE
All 4 units in this Boutique complex have been completely renovated within the last 2 years. Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. Multiple windows and quiet mini split air conditioning and heating systems. Beautiful space to call your home for your vacation. Perfect place walkable to the beach. Has a cute market place across the street great pizza place. This was great for a couple! Didn’t care so much for the upstairs noise. Fenced in area was perfect for my medium sized pup. Front door was very hard to close would stay here again!! Thank you

I had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The location was unbeatable—just a short stroll to the beach and close to great restaurants, making it super convenient for both relaxation and dining out. The house itself was well appointed, spotless, quiet, good A/C, great TV apps and has nice outdoor space. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located getaway.

All you really need

This place is away from the busy parts of the area but located perfectly for walking to all the good stuff. The beach, surf shops, cafes, and markets are all just one or two blocks from this great home. Ken has made sure all you need is available to you from great appliances to beach essentials like umbrellas and boogie boards. We really couldn’t have made a better choice. We’ve already begun planning our return stay.

Perfect Location! Very Comfortable!

This apartment is very cute and comfortable. The location is perfect. It was adequately clean. Some dinnerware needed to be washed before use and some pots were worn beyond safe use. We made due comfortably without complaint. Note that this unit does not have a washer and dryer in the apartment. The laundry facility is behind the adjacent building with outside access. Again, for a short trip this was not a complaint. I would stay here again. The owner was very good with communication.

Property inside fenced yard not well maintained or clean

Expected property to be maintained better it was clean . Pictures which we based our rental commitment on did not accurately represent the property. Vacant lots on either side , worn out lawn furniture, incomplete ongoing maintenance and repairs. Broken light switches, shades broken. To much wrong for what we payed to rent the space. I have pictures.Should be credited for a portion of the rent. Smelled of pet urine Did no meet our expectations.Wires hanging from unfinished closet at entrance with gallon can of pant on floor of closet no door or trim .we drove 1000 miles to stay there would not consider staying there again.

Had difficulty accessing the property. Could not get the key lock to work. Propery is well located ans the interior is very nice. My wife couldn't stay there however as she has alletrges and had difficulties there for whatever reason.

Great Spot in Melbourne Beach

This hidden Haven is a wonderful place right in the middle of Melbourne Beach, it is incredibly convenient location right across from the grocery store, near a liquor store, and pretty much on the beach, with multiple restaurants nearby. You can’t beat this location if you’re looking to stay in Melbourne Beach. Also, the price is very reasonable. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked really well, and TVs had multiple streaming platforms available.

Paradise...

I am actually hesitant to write a review because I don't want anyone to take over our little slice of heaven! These condos are so nice and we have been staying here for the past few years. You have everything you need a short walk away. The beach, the waterway, great restaurants and a liquor store. There is actually no reason to drive anywhere. They are one bedroom but so open and airy you feel like you are in a house. I highly recommend these condos and so grateful we go to stay there on our honeymoon!

Perfect location. Close to the beach and several good restaurants. The market just across the street is fabulous, with everything from an ice cream shop, to a deli and prepared meals like pasta and pizza, and fresh meats and groceries. Would stay here again.

Beachside Haven

The location was great, and the unit was the just the right size for us. The neighbor above kept us awake the first night, walking heavily, moving chairs around until the wee hours, but other than that it had everything we needed. The host was super responsive, and was able to give us an early check-in, which we appreciated. Also there's a great little market right across the street.

We loved staying here. The location is excellent. The property has been completely updated. The beach is close. Right across the street is a market with excellent food to go. Also right across the street is dining, pizza, ice cream and a pharmacy. The place was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The only complaints we have are that the floors should have been mopped and the tv kept disconnecting. My wife mopped the floors because our feet were black the first day. Having to login to the tv over and over got very frustrating. Minor inconveniences and overall we enjoyed our stay.
