Hôtels près du Medical University of South Carolina à Charleston

« Centrally located and perfect for a weeks stay. Hidden House is great for a light breakfast or glass of wine. »

« This was my second time at the property. The first time I stayed the staff was extremely helpful and the bathroom was clean. Loved the tile design. Three weeks later, different room. The bathroom had that brown mildew in the shower and around the plastic of the door. Gross. Maybe a different cleaning person for that room. Either way, won’t be going back. On to try the rest of Charleston hotels. Hopefully they clean their bathrooms better. »

« Un lieu charmant et une équipe très serviable et dynamique On a beaucoup aimé toutes les petites attentions »

« The staff was very welcoming to our large dog and made us feel very comfortable. »

« Excellent location, and nice walk along the water into the French Quarter. We stayed in the main house on the third-floor suite for three nights. The first floor is like a museum, the second floor a couple of nice rooms, and the third floor has two large suites with park view and an up-dated nice shower. Note though: no elevator, not much parking, limited continental breakfast options, and we thought housekeeping did a very, very minimal job not worthy of a 5-star hotel. She did not vacuum, wipe...

« mixed by a person at reception who pulls a face and makes no effort! However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings.... »

« loved it for most of it... only small detail... no rooftop pool ;)) the general feel is splendid... very Mad Men... the location is ideal and thanks to the great Concierge service we enjoyed walking distance dining that was really a joy... perhaps the room service could be improved (the breakfast in room is far too expensive...) but the quality of the food in this hotel is very serious! well done to the Chef... even our last minute snack before we took our flight was lovely: try that home made...

« Très bel hôtel mais l accueil est plutôt glaciale la personne qui nous a accueilli était tout juste correcte Ils sont très à cheval sur l heure d arrivée mais ne respectent pas les consignes de préparation de la chambre »

« The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel and room were clean! »

« I must say I wasn’t impressed with our stay, the pictures give the impression we would be in the building behind with balconies and rooftop lounging. We were a bit surprised we were on the street with lots of noise the entire time, not to mention the renters upstairs making drunken noise all night. For the money spent I’m not happy and would not stay again. »

« Chambre très propre, personnel très accueillant et sympathique! L’hôtel est super bien situé. La nourriture est très bonne! 10/10! »

« I loved the bed so much, I was so comfortable »

« Valet runners were plentiful and friendly. That said, check-in staff were not attentive. Self parking was very expensive rooms did not include a coffee maker or clock and housekeeping was minimal. Not impressed. Won’t be back. »

« Literie très très moyenne . Petit déjeuné compris euhhh plus que moyen . Article de douche inexistant avec un distributeur de gel douche cassé Bref pas terrible terrible dommage . »
