Lovely home
The accommodations were great and very comfortable. We couldn't find any information about WiFi in the house though, and when I sent a message to the host, asking if there was WiFi his response was "yes" without any further information. Otherwise no complaints!

Great stay
We had a great stay at this Southern Oregon Gem. Christopher even helped us with a dog sitter so we could go watch our nephew play hockey. It was a perfect location to the rink and restaurants.

Beautiful cottage in a central location, with great amenities nearby. Peaceful, easy to get to. It was a perfect base to explore the wine region, and crater lake national park.

Family trip
Get place for myself, mom, and two small children. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the pull out bed in the main bedroom was perfect for my 4 year old. Location was great, next to a great coffee spot w/ legit coffee to satisfy a true coffee snob, like myself :), called Forage coffee & a huge park w/ splash pad for the kids. Happy we found this spot as we look forward to booking again as our go to place when we come back to visit family in Medford

It was a wonderful cozy place to stay. It was centrally located, so it was easy to get around, which was crucial for us as we were there for a wedding and did quite a bit of running around. Host was very quick to respond. Wonderful stay overall!

Great central place to stay in Medford! Property was clean and comfortable. Hawthorne Park and farmer's market was a block away. Not a large house, but perfect for 2 people and a dog. The fenced yard was a plus for the dog!

Spent two nights here. In Medford for grandkids concert. Perfect spot, central location, plenty of off street parking when family stopped by. House rules concise and easy peasy. No complaints what so ever. Thanks.

Clean, comfy, convenient
Owner is very quick with communication and keeps this spot clean as a whistle. Simple, streamlined home, it’s a lot of white so if you’ve got kids, just be prepared for that. Cute little neighborhood, walkable to downtown.

Clean home central to Medford/Ashland
We stayed only 2 nights, but the house was clean and had all the necessities. It was nice that parking was off-street and the fenced yard made letting the dogs out first thing in the morning a stress-free. The bathroom is quite small but entirely functional and the beds were really comfortable. Christopher responded quickly to all of our questions. This is a great place to stay when visiting the area.

Perfect and in the middle of town
We stayed one evening, and it was very clean, very private, quiet neighborhood, and even had a Dutch Bros and convenient store 2 doors down. Simple house rules, and easy to talk with owner. First Vrbo ever, and we will definitely try to stay again if we ever need to be in the area!

Absolutely the best
We stayed 4 nites and didn't use the kitchen except for 1 meal (because it was Thanksgiving at family's)Had what we needed to prepare and such. I am from the area so I know where things are and it was 10 min to my sister's place. It is located in a great spot for access to Safeway or the theater and shops. Dutch Brothers is right there so you can walk. It is clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable and I liked the sheets😁 There was some water and cookies to greet us also. Highly recommend this home and we would definitely stay again! Thank you Chris.

OMG, this house is so cute! Nicely furnished, super clean, everything you need for a stay in Medford + a great host. Conveniently located close to everything with a pet friendly white picket fenced yard. Will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Medford.
