Very friendly and helpful staff right down to night shift. For example when finding no croissant breakfast sandwiches at 1am Roger took the extra steps checking storage and finding the desired product.

Despite staff constantly smoking withing the no-smoking zone right infront of the motel, it was nice. Be sure to reserve the right dates. I accidentally reserved wrong dates by one day and the mote charged me $100 & then said it was Expedia...which i know is not true being a long time Expedia account holder for many years. So lying about the charge afterwards was shady business.

Needed a place to sleep... with close by location to airport. This place is perfect. There is no breakfast service. Also, there was no closet to hang clothes in. I didn't need either, so again, this place was perfect

The hotel itself is ok. Right when you walk in the room, you immediately get a strong smell of some fragrance that is clearly trying to cover up another smell. The last morning there we could clearly smell dog. The people hanging around the hotel and also staying in the hotel were a ruff crowd. The staff were very friendly but they were very unkept, looked like they just rolled out of bed. Would we stay here again? Probably not unless it was absolutely necessary.

Do Not Stay Here. Do not buy photos & description! While popping up under B&Bs, this is a big, down at heels hotel. The “breakfast” cited offered Jimmy Dean biscuits, pop tarts, and sugary cereal. And it cost $10. They proudly announced a full kitchen - there was a large refrigerator, microwave, and lots of cabinets & drawers, but they were bare. No flatware, China, glassware or pots & pans. No ice machines in the place - you’re instructed to turn on the ice maker in the fridge, which takes until morning to produce. The room was large, tattered, & unattractively furnished. For some reason it included a large lounge chair - not situated to view TV. And it does not come at a bargain price. The one nite was a trial. Again, dreadful place!!

Elevator was not working at the time of check in and was told I would have to carry up stairs. Upon protest as a somewhat fit 71 year old this was simply not acceptable, a young guy said he would carry. Fortunately by the time I got items together from the car they had figured out to get it to work temporarily.

Seemed like the whole place was a party. I stayed here for a race in the area which I needed to get up at 5:30AM. There were so many people yelling and partying in the rooms beside me, above me, as well as right outside my window. I looked out my window at 3am and there was about 10 people still up partying right there by the front door about 15 feet from my window, so loud. I was up all not debating on checking into a different hotel to salvage a few hours of sleep. I didn't, wish I would have. Exhausted...

We found small black jumping bugs. We were worried they were fleas, so we checked out as soon as we could, to avoid our dog catching whatever was in room. This is our third time staying and room wasn't as clean as they were the first 2 times. Probably not staying here again.

Victor the evening front desk staff was so warm and friendly with pretty much everyone we noticed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was easy to use. Enough storage for kitchen supplies and luggage accommodations. I highly recommend this place. We supplied our own cookware and food. It was the best

It was right next to airport which is what we wanted. There are no dishes in the suites. There is no free breakfast.

The staff was fantastic. Everything was explained well durning my check in about maid service along with internet and where to go around the area for food. I actually witness the staff handle a person who was yelling at them about her one night stay were she didn’t get maid service and the lady even called the corp office to complain. At one point during her rant she told the desk clerk she knew it was not her fault but continued to yell at her. The staff handle this person with the utmost of professionalism much more than I would have.
