Hôtel propre proche du haram à pied
Hotel proche du haram en passant par l'hôtel anjum (10min à pied vraiment top). L'hôtel était propre, les chambres belles et spacieuses, tout le confort de base y était à disposition (thé, eau, tapis de prière, serviette, savon etc). Le personnel est là 24h/24h. Vous pouvez faire le check in tard dans la nuit et le check out tôt le matin ils sont bien organisés. L'hôtel est situé dans une rue mouvementée avec des commerces (pour les achats souvenirs et un super-marché) mais aussi une route extrêmement fréquenté. C'est super pour trouver un taxi mais pour dormir la nuit faut pas être sensible aux bruits. Le ménage dans les chambres est fait chaque jour. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour son prix il est très bien.

cons: - might be a bit too far from Haram for elderly/disabled and you’re gonna have to leave 1hr before every salaat and probably 1hr30m when it’s Jummah to get there on time and find space to pray - showers are a bit small and you always have to ask for extra toiletries. Keep in mind I’m 189cm though and I have been training for a few years so most people should be fine - breakfast options slightly limited in my opinion - WiFi is weak especially on the top floors. I was on the 16th floor and used my Saudi Sim data plan most of the time Pros: - nice distance from haram if youre young and fit like me. there’s a shortcut through Anjum hotel everyone takes instead of walking up the main road - close to Makkah city centre - not too far from clock tower and Jabar Al Omar - food is very healthy and tastes great, great fuel for a your days when constantly going to Haram back and forth and for Umrah/Hajj - couple 3rd party restaurant near - room service is always top tier

If you are looking for a very basic experience then this is a good option for you. Food is extremely mediocre without a choice. It’s fairly walkable you can get the to haram in about 6-7 minutes if you are physically fit. There is an uphill. Beds are comfortable but the drainage in the shower is weirdly set up. Sometimes toiletries are missing such as toilet paper and body lotion. Not bad though, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. If you are looking for a very basic place to stay at then this is okay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service and cleanliness. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me a 2-hour delayed check-out without any hassle. They even called periodically to ensure I had everything I needed and to check if there were any issues of concern. This hotel is bit challenge for wheelchair operator, as the route was not entirely wheelchair-friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service, cleanliness, and comfortable accommodations. Well done, team!

First of all the hotel is at steep up hill going to haram which makes it difficult for anyone to climb or walk all the time. The rooms carpet were dirty. Washrooms were very small.

We had a pleasant stay at Al-Eba. The location was perfect; just a short walk to Masjid Al-Haram. There is small portion on the walk to the masjid with incline (about 3 minutes) but manageable. Especially if young and fit, the walk is great. Would be hard for anyone with a wheelchair or really small children but otherwise the walk to the masjid is doable. The staff are really friendly and cooperative. They let us keep our luggage at the hotel lobby even after we had checked out. The bathrooms are kind of run down; it would be nice if they renovated the bathrooms. The rooms are a perfect size with plenty of walking space even with big luggages in the room and very tidy. The only down sound with the room was the noise from outside. The doors aren’t sound proof so you can hear everyone outside in the halls and the room next to you. If they fix the bathrooms and bit and do something to soundproof the rooms; this hotel is perfect. The 2 shops in the lobby have reasonable priced gifts and perfumes. If you’d like to shop don’t hesitate to stop by their little booths; you won’t be disappointed.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff service was excellent. Location: Hotel is 10 minutes from Haram and has shops and restaurants nearby. There is also another local masjid a few minutes walk away

Good Value being very close to Haram. We moved in from from a $450/night hotel for two persons (without Sohr or Sehri) and saved $300 with one additional person joining us (3 pax with sohr). Obviously there was quite a difference in quality but in the end it didn’t matter much as we spent most time in haram and hardly used any hotel amenities. Just came to hotel to sleep and shower
