Iâm leaving the negative review only because Iâm bitter the ownership wasnât a little more understanding of my situation when considering a refund.
Iâm from out of the area and was in a pinch when I quickly booked a hotel through Expedia. I didnât realize there was a Helen GA and a Helena GA. I booked the hotel for Helena, which was the wrong choice. I immediately contacted Expedia then booked for Helen GA.
I understand this is completely my fault. I did not select the protection, for I was sure I was staying the night. I wasnât more careful in selecting my hotel. This was an honest mistake, I just expected the ownership to be a little more human when considering a refund. Business is business.
