« Overall this home was exactly like advertised. If you are looking for a home at a reasonable price that will accommodate a large group with places to sleep and plenty of bathrooms, this is the place. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Extremely convenient to DC. The only thing we noticed is the home is showing signs of wear from hosting larger groups and good use a bit of a refresh. »

« Well we went the backyard needed fixing up,wasn’t even the same furniture in the patio the oven was a mess that was the whole point of staying there so we could make our meals instead of eating out all the time then the ice maker on the fridge didn’t work it was just basically a roof over our heads wasn’t luxury like they advertised it to be »

« The location was the only good thing about this place. There’s plastic on the couches that sit very low to the floor and are difficult to get up from. This is like a college rental. The minute I walked in we could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were saying and doing, not even during a party, just walking and talking. My elderly father was with me who has a heart issue and needs sleep so I immediately messaged the property owner asking for a refund since we could not possibly stay there....

« We took an eight day trip for my daughter to visit colleges and out of the 5 different places we stayed, this was by far the best. It’s a really nice house, great layout, and had everything we needed. I’m sensitive to noise and was worried about the busy road nearby, but it wasn’t really a problem. Good windows helped with that. Very nice, comfortable bed in master. If I come back to the DC area, I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Drew! »

« Property was beautiful. In a great location in Arlington. Be aware of the 3 story layout with all the bathrooms on the top floor with the bedrooms. Would definitely recommend it for a stay. »
