« We were happy with this property. The basics were good: large comfy beds, decent showers, good living room and dining area, good a/c (much appreciated in the summer heat), big yard (with antlered deer!) and attached small playground, kitchen with adequate utensils/dishes/pots, quiet street and area. The owner was pleasant and responsive. Some of the “touches” needed work: very small kitchen, refrigerator was in the entry room and leaked water periodically, LR rug was stained, inadequate...

« The location was the only good thing about this place. There’s plastic on the couches that sit very low to the floor and are difficult to get up from. This is like a college rental. The minute I walked in we could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were saying and doing, not even during a party, just walking and talking. My elderly father was with me who has a heart issue and needs sleep so I immediately messaged the property owner asking for a refund since we could not possibly stay there....

« Clean room, host is easy to communicate with, spacious rooms, AC is working properly, beddings are clean. The only thing that I think would make a guest stay more comfortably is if a sink would be at the dining/kitchen near the fridge and cooking area rather than going thru the bedroom all the way to the bathroom to wash dishes and utensils. « All rooms were spacious and very clean. Location is a quiet and parking was very convenient. The only suggestion is that for individuals who are chemically sensitive the air plug ins that are used are overwhelming. If you unplug them the smell quickly dissipates. I would highly recommend this rental. »
