Dinner Party
We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday with a surprise Murder Mystery Dinner Party. We had 18 guests and then another 20 came by for the dinner party. The lower level allowed us to set up (4) round tables so we could all sit together. We brought in a caterer and bartender. The space was so perfect for what we needed. There were more extra towels and sheets in every closet. This house accommodates a large party very easily. We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the pool! John was so terrific to work with. The house is so amazing!!

Family Christmas Get Away
This home was perfect for a large family stay for the holiday's! The owner put up a Christmas Tree with lights and the fireplace in the grand room off the kitchen made for great memories.

Family Time
The family came together to spend quality time. The place was great, but the only down fall was all the mattresses was very uncomfortable. This was the experience of all my guest. Maybe all the beds can use mattress tops. Besides that the place and host was great.

Great Stay for work trip

Great time!
We had a wonderful time celebrating an anniversary with 13 family members. The home and property were lovely. Ample space for all to enjoy time together. The pool, hot tub and lower level were particularly fun for the younger adults. John was terrific and very attentive to any needs we had.

Spacious home
This spacious home with good size outdoor pool and back yard, was a great gathering spot for my family. The cleaning staff were completing their service as I arrived and they were so helpful and gracious.

Good house for multi-family vacation
The house was great and felt really remote. The kids loved seeing the horses come right to the fence to say hi. John was AMAZING and very responsive when we needed anything. Long days at the pool tired all the kids (and adults) out and the fire pit was perfect in the evening.

The perfect gathering spot
We spent the weekend here with extended family, and it was the perfect gathering spot. There are multiple sitting spaces and a full basement with plenty of sleeping areas and recreation for the kids & teens in our group. It was too cold to use the swimming pool, but we’d love to come back in the summer because the set up is just perfect. We’ll definitely stay again!

Family celebration
The host was very responsive and looked to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Overall, the house is very nice, and the owners are working to make some needed upgrades. We had a very nice trip.

Family Getaway
We loved our stay here! We were here for a few days after Christmas—a lovely home and setting. It was perfect for what we needed—a large space with plenty of room for small kids. We loved the outdoor space too! Horses next door were a nice addition to the setting. Hosts were great to work with!

Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Home
We had a family reunion of 18 guests in this lovely McHenry home. It offered plenty of space and sleeping arrangements for everyone to be comfortable. Overall the home was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The basement could see a little freshening up but it appears they have been actively making improvements and it was a great space for kids to be more active and play games. The heated pool and hot tub were highlights for everyone. It feels like a very secluded location which made for a great staycation - but it is only 15 mins away from major shopping. Dean was very receptive to any questions before and during our stay. We absolutely loved our visit and would not hesitate to stay again!

Great place!!
We stayed in this home with a huge group of friends and loved it! It’s super nice and has plenty of space with bedrooms and other nooks for people to have their space. The only complaint was there aren’t very many showers. The pool and hot tub are amazing, and they have plenty of towels and bedding. There’s tons of parking. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with the basics. Would definitely recommend!

Great to place to stay for friend retreats!
We had 16 adults over for a friend's retreat, and everyone absolutely loved this place. Super comfortable, and actually even much more spacious than we had expected.

Spacious Getaway
Our group was traveling for a work conference. We had 7 of us sleep comfortably in this beautiful home. Clean, spacious and just an overall nice home and property. Host was very accommodating and I would highly recommend.

Dean was quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. This was an ideal location for a family gathering. I appreciate Dean for trying his best to accommodate our request as much as possible, even with this property being a new listing. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay.
