The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying the beautiful mountain views while soaking in the hot tub or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. The community pool provides additional options for swimming and lounging during warmer months. Outdoor seating and tables allow you to enjoy meals al fresco while taking in the fresh air.

Inside, there's something for everyone! The game room features a poker table, pool table, retro arcade games and more - perfect for entertaining both kids and adults alike. Each bedroom boasts its own unique design:

Bedroom 1 offers a king size bed fit for royalty;

Bedroom 2 immerses you into nature with beautiful tree wallpaper;

Bedroom 3 adds an accent wall that complements its king size bed perfectly;

Bedroom 4 comes equipped with two double beds ideal for families or groups traveling together;

And lastly but not least is Bedroom five features two full over full bunk beds!

All bedrooms come complete with their own TV so everyone can unwind after long days exploring all that Massanutten has to offer (and trust us when we say there's plenty!). When it’s time to relax indoors head down stairs where plush couches await as well as another large smart tv ready streaming services like Netflix & Hulu etc..

There is a community pool that is available during the summer months for $6/day per person.


Pet Policy:

Dogs are allowed upon approval.

$100 pet fee (per pet) to be paid prior to reservation through the resolution center.
Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Extra fees will incur if hair is found on furniture or bedding.
DO NOT leave dogs unattended under any circumstances.
