Guests have access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, the garage, and the outdoor areas. The only locked spaces are an owner’s closet in the pantry and the primary suite for storage, but there is plenty of space throughout the home for your personal belongings.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
- **Security:** A floodlight camera is located above the garage in plain sight and records 24/7 for your safety and the security of the home. Tampering with or disabling the camera is prohibited. If the camera is intentionally disabled, a $100 reactivation fee will be charged, and our property manager will visit the home immediately.
- **Occupancy & Parking:** The home accommodates up to 10 guests and allows up to 4 vehicles, as per McCall city regulations for short-term stays.
- **No Smoking or Vaping:** The home is strictly smoke-free, and violations will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee.
- **Streaming Services:** Guests will need to log in to their own streaming accounts, as preloaded services are not available for security reasons.
- **Guest Rental Agreement, Security Deposit, & ID Verification Required:**
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and provide a security deposit in order to receive arrival instructions. The security deposit is $1,000, or you can opt to pay a $50 non-refundable insurance waiver for stays under 10 days. We offer this waiver as an affordable option that provides additional protection for both you and us in the event of accidental damages. This ensures a stress-free stay where you can relax without the worry of unexpected costs.
