« If you love a peaceful country retreat then this is for you. Wildlife all around. The owner could not be more helpful. Peacocks at the back door herds of dear and flocks of amazing rheas much better than advertised. You do need a car with good clearance for the track through the forest but it's worth it as it all ads to the amazing adventure. Thank you once again to our host Martin who meets guests at the gate to lead you through the forest. »

« We stayed at Deer Hut on 26th August for our anniversary. Unfortunately, the stay was not as comfortable as we expected. When we opened the door, there were lots of flies around the lights, and the back window was open when we arrived. There was also a spider in the bathroom, which made my wife very scared and uncomfortable. Because of these issues, we couldn’t relax properly and didn’t sleep well that night. Mayfield : les avis sur les hôtels les plus prisés

Ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport

10/10 Excellent

"Staff was very polite and helpful 👌"

Sofitel London Gatwick

8/10 Bien

"Bon hôtel pour une nuit à l'aéroport. Digne d'un 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais reste classique et est vraiment très très cher (47 euros). Le personnel de la réception pour le check in et out fait le minimum....Pas désagréable, mais trop juste pour un 4 étoiles...Dommage."

Courtyard by Marriott London Gatwick Airport

8/10 Bien

"I booked my stay in order to avoid travelling to London at night. I was welcomed by a receptionist in training and she did an amazing job. Overall, the property is easily reachable by walking and close to fast food places for late night dinner. The room was comfy, spacious and clean but I saw several incrusted water stains in the bathroom and around the tea corner. I had a good and peaceful night sleep. I do warn about the gym though: it's well equipped but the machines are not taken care of and rusty so be careful while using them."
