Je ne peux rien évaluer , je n'y suis pas resté à cause du temps pluvieux. C'est idéal quand il fait beau. Mais lors de mon arrivée il pleuvait beaucoup et la température avait énormément chuté. Dans la tente j'avais trop froid. J'y suis restée 20 min et j'ai décidé de chercher un hôtel confortable pour être au chaud. L'accueil était très bien et ils ont été très compréhensible sur ma décision de ne pas rester.

Thank you for your review, shame you did not stay so hard for you to leave a review....it is camping afterall and we do offer many extra blankets. I understand your wish to go somewhere warmer due to the rain but find it incorrect to evaluate our property because it was raining...

还是条件比较差的旅舍，只有下午五点后才能办理入住，下大雨时屋里会漏雨，一个灯是坏的，住了三天，没有一天洗澡能洗舒服，第一天三分钟后没热水了，第二天水忽温忽冷，总之也没很热过，第三天水倒是热了，可是开关奇葩，必须一只手用力压着才能出水，于是我必须全程一只手压着开关一只手洗澡。厨房只有微波炉。前台有个女孩子素质还不错，我的订单有问题，她积极解决，给我调了更好的房间。总之如果考虑舒适度，还是选择800米外的巴穆尔的主酒店而不是这个帐篷酒店吧

This place is well worth it! Location is great! The place has awesome amenities especially as a 'niche' hostel. And since it's a niche hostel, you're more than likely to be surrounded by like minded travellers. The only thing I wish could have been better was the kitchen facilities - only had a microwave - would be nice to a cook top to prepare meals (especially since Switzerland is nasty expensive haha!) Would recommend 10/10!!!! Also the staff are extremely friendly!!!

Thank you for the loving review! I am happy to read that you had such a great time at the campsite. Unfortunately, regulations restrict us from installing a "real" kitchen out there. I hope the staff told you about the free use of the guest kitchen in the main hostel a bit further down the street?

Lovely short stay at the Balmer's
When it rains, there will be more insects in the tent but that's perfectly normal. On the whole, the tent is quite clean and there is nothing much to complaint about. However, it does get really warm when the sun is out in the morning so be prepared if you are planning to stay in the tent during summer. Lovely staff, nice environment and friendly guests. One thing to be improved: hot water supply is not consistent for the shower

Strictly for backpackers
This is backpackers place with camping facilities. Not a good feel of stay. I am not used to live rough and tough so found my stay terrible. Location is fine with bus connecting to main areas, shopping centre close by. Would not recommend to someone who is not used to with backpacking. It’s also very old site now with facilities deteriorating.

We are exactly that, a backpackers campsite. We only advertise ourselves as that. Our customers are used to camping, sharing facilities and are on a budget and do not mind staying in tents. We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay, it doesn't sound like it is your kind of stay and reading about the accommodation prior to booking would be more useful to you next time.

This was an adventure to say the least. They give you your sheets when you check in and you put them on yourself. The beds were alright. The planks on my tent were a bit uneven and I tripped a lot, especially once I took out my contacts. They were out of towels the whole time we were there so bring your own. There is no place to go to the bathroom where you won't be heard by 5+ people. Most of the staff knowledge consisted of where to party nearby. And I was expecting loud but we had fights at 2:30 in the morning that nobody was around to break up. Nobody is really at all conscientious about anyone besides themselves. I did like that there was a microwave to cook food and that we were able to borrow silverware. Honestly if I wasn't pregnant and could have partied a little bit and used some of the toys "(trampolines, pool, volleyball, etc) it would have been better but I was there to see Switzerland and not party at my hotel all night and sleep my day away.

We are sorry you chose the tent village as this is obviously not what you needed or wanted. We sell our selves as a party hostel and the tent village is after all a camp site.

Good for one night
It's located little bit far from the city, there is only one bus which stops running at 8:30. It is a little difficult to lock the tent from the outside and it is impossible to lock it from the inside so security may be an issue. It did get very cold at night (it was also raining) but they did have extra blankets for people to grab. Due to the rain, we weren't able to take full advantage of the hot tub, trampoline and other things they have set up at the tent site. On the other hand, it was great to spend a night in the environment.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay, camping in a tent in the alps is an experience for sure! Generally when one books a tent they should be prepared for all weather conditions but am happy you found extra blankets for you to use!

Fun atmosphere, great location, comfortable enough
We were the first people to check in for the summer season, so things were a bit disorganized when we got there, and some amenities were not operational (Hot tub!). However, the atmosphere is very cool, and the location could not be beat. Our tent had a view of Jungfrau. All of the employees were amazing, and seemed to genuinely love their job and the Interlaken area. They worked with us to pick a hike, gave us free bus passes, and found a bed for an unexpected extra person in our party in. The tents are comfortable enough, and cooled down enough at night to crash. Don't expect to be pampered, but if you are looking for a "cheap" (rare in Switzerland) place in Interlaken and don't mind the communal atmosphere, this is a good option.

The location was nice. If you take the bus, you can get here in 10 mins. Clerks were so kind, too. The room was clean. But there are many people who was chatting very loudly. In hostel, there is club which you can use for free and made big sound. Also there were many many Korean, half Korean and half another countries friends. The cost is so reasonable. Except the noisy, this hostel is good.

We are happy you got to enjoy the bar/club at the main hostel and are sorry some guests talked too loud at the tent village. As it is camping people don't realise that tents have no isolation... 텐트이기때문에 춥거나 덥고 자연친화적이지만 그런것ㄹ 좋아하는 사람이라면 충분히 머무를 가치가 있어요~ 스파와 풀장 그외에도 다양한 놀거리를 제공해주고 친절한 스텝들이 있어 즐거웠습니다~
