renovated and boasts a lovely shaded terrace with spectacular views of Capri
Island. The studio is located on the ground floor of a small rural residential
block. The apartment is within close proximity to the quaint local piazzetta of
Termini and to the areas key attractions.
Campanella’s
Studio is open plan with kitchenette, dining and
living with double sofa bed option. The bathroom is newly refurbished with
shower, WC, bidet and wash basin. The double bedroom can be closed off with a
sliding partition making to apartment suitable for up 2 people. The studio has
ample storage space, and is very cool in the hot summer months given the
buildings historical roots.
Campanella’s
Studio is located in the Punta Campanella National
Park making it a great base for those wishing to hike to the tip of the
peninsula, climb to Mount Costanzo or visit the nearby hidden beach inlet of
Cala di Mitigliano.
The studio is 5 minute walk away from
Termini square where you can find a mixed grocers, butcher, chemist, limoncello
tasting factory, pottery shop and café/bar, and only a 10min drive to Marina
del Cantone beach.

1) Guests have complimentary access to the pool, cafe/bar and restaurant at Gocce di Capri - Hotel & Serviced Residence located near the square of Termini (1km from the house). Bookings essential


2) From the 1st April to the 31st of October, a mandatory tourist tax of 2,00 euros per person per night (for guests 18 years and over) for a maximum of 5 nights must be paid in cash on arrival. This is a government tax, payable by all tourists staying in the Municipal Council of Massa Lubrense.
