« Villa comme sur les photos, spacieuse, avec tout le confort, très belle piscine, soirée agréable sur la terrasse, bbq. Villa située dans un quartier un peu en dehors du centre de Santa Ponça, calme. Centre accessible à pied ( environ 20/25 minutes de marche), sinon en voiture ou bus. Proche de la région montagneuse de l'île, très beaux endroits à visiter. Villa située à environ 20 min de La Palma. Beaucoup de choses à faire, la semaine a été bien remplie. »

« Älteres Haus in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage bei Binissalem. Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch eine Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen etc. war dort vorhanden. Der Pool (Luftmatratze und Schwimmtiere vorhanden!) und die Terrasse sind besonders gut. Ebenso gibt es einen großen Carport. Gäste mit kleinen Kindern finden auch Kinderbetten und einen abgeschatteten Spielplatz vor. Unsere Wünsche an das Haus: konstanter Wasserdruck, kein Stromausfall bei Regen, Insektengitter. « Die Lage erhöht über Peguera ist super. Die Villa mit ihren 6 Schlafzimmern, 6 Badezimmern, 4Küchen und 2 grossen Wohnzimmern ist genial. Der Wintergarten lädt auch bei frischen Abendtemparaturen ein, gemütlich zu verweilen. In der Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurants (insbesondere El patio de Bennu). Man kann ihr auch gut ohne Auto wohnen! »

« Das Haus war wunderschön und hatte alles was versprochen wurde, eher sogar besser als Online dargestellt. Die einzigen kleinen Problemen waren die Sauberkeit, welche etwas besser hätte sein können, aber noch im Rahmen war und die Kommunikation für die Übergabe des Schlüssels. »

« Nous avons passé un formidable séjour en famille et entre amis dans cette villa très bien entretenue, très propre avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Chaque chambre est équipée d’un dressing et d’une salle de bains avec toilettes, garantissant l’intimité de chacun. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. « Quiet and nice, except for the diesel generator, which starts when the battery of the building is low. The building is not connected to the electricity grid. It runs for four hours, but you get used to it… Use the upper bathroom for warm showers. Small car a plus as the way up to the house is narrow. The pool is good for cooling down, less so for swimming (except for small kids who can swim…). »

« This property is amazing for those who want to sit back and relax The villa consists of two bedrooms downstairs that can get hot, a large sitting room / dining room. Fully fitted kitchen, back room and downstairs bathroom with shower. Up stairs bathroom air conditioned lovely bedroom and huge terrace. The outside is what really sells with good size pool, barbecue area and covered dining area, grass area and large parking for many cars. Loved the villa and holiday with some great non listed items...

« Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. »

« Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette agréable maison toute proche de Pétra. La location est confortable, calme en retrait de la route et conforme à sa description. Il manque juste une petite poubelle et des patères pour y accrocher des vêtements dans la salle de bains principale, mais le reste est très bien. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas profité de la piscine dont l'eau était un peu trop fraiche pour la saison. Situation idéale pour découvrir l'Ile. Merci à Miguel pour toutes les...

« We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay. »
