Le Riad est accessible uniquement à pied donc même avec transport il faudra chercher à pied le Riad ce qui cause des désagréments dès l’arrivé. Les lieux sont très propres, magnifique décore, le restaurant est fabuleux et pas spécialement excessif. Les services du spa sont très agréable. GROS bémol sur le service en chambre, les affaires personnelles sont constamment déplacés (trousse de toilette, linge…), nous avons eu des disparitions d’affaires (argent, parfum, batterie externe), la direction n’assume aucune responsabilité dans ces pertes….

Super Riad ! personnel très gentille souriant... bien placé aussi à part le premier jour de notre arriver on était choquer par les petites rues sombre avec un labyrinthe interminable pour arriver jusqu'au au Riad !! mais après on s est rendu compte qu' on est au cœur de la médina et au calme total (dans le Riad) en même temps. franchement c était super !!!

Le petit déjeuner est un buffet gratuit où nous servons: Jus d'orange fraîchement préparé Céréales Yogourt Fruits frais de saison. Compote Pruneaux Pâtisserie maison, pain maison, crêpes à la marocaine Fromage. Saucisse de dinde Tortilla faite instantanément Thé, café, lait Nous espérons vous revoir dans notre Riad, vous serez toujours bienvenu

Mérite à certains endroits des petits rafraîchissement. Pommeau de douche envoyant de l eau dans toute la salle de bain. Toiles d'araignées et poussière dans la salle de restaurant. Manque de sourire du personnel. Personnel froid. Et manque de personnalisation client. Deco très sympa. Piscine petite et peu profonde mais suffisante. Les salon interne agréable. Great location in/at the edge of the Medina. Staff very helpful, arranged transport and guide for us. If you have not been here before, suggest you arrange transport from the airport BEFORE arrival, and call for the hotel porter when you get to the Medina gate to confirm what they look like (cabs can't enter, it is about a 5 minute walk to the hotel, and depending on your flight and baggage you may not want to lug it yourself). Google maps worked flawlessly for our visit, lots to see within 20 minutes on foot. 8 minute walk to the center square, there are many great restaurants in the area. Good food at the hotel, lovely fruit and croissants for breakfast. Will absolutely stay here again for any future visit.

Nice hotel
Riad Dar Justo is a great hotel to stay in. Great service, very clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The only tip I can offer is to contact the hotel before your arrival so someone can receive you from the car. Cars cannot go close to the hotel. It is about 900 feet away from the limit that cars can go.

Lovely lovely property in a great location
This riad is tucked away amidst the hustle and bustle of the city just steps from the markets and many other points of interest. The property is stunning and wonderfully maintained and the rooms are extremely clean (amazing cleaning staff)! I would definitely stay again for the amenities and beauty of the property!

An outstanding hotel in the heart of the old Medina of Marrakech. It is a Riad (a traditional building around an open central courtyard) with restaurant, bar and roof terrace. Rooms are of a very high quality. Breakfast was superb. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended if you are seeking a beautiful traditional hotel in the heart of Marrkech. Appreciate we were the only residents but there was very little effort put in by the staff. Breakfast was average and we had to go to the kitchen to ask for service! Good service on arrival from one member of staff. He went out of his way to help find parking and get our bags through the medina to the riad.

We had a fantastic stay albeit cut short by the current Covid crisis. This is a beautiful Riad right on the edge of the Medina and what makes it even more special is the staff. They are always happy to help and this was highlighted when it looked like we could possibly be finding ourselves stranded awaiting a rescue flight and the management offered us our room free of charge until we were repatriated. I would highly recommend this hotel and would once again like to thank the management and staff for their kindness during a difficult time.

Great stay in the very hart of the Medina
Great stay. The hotel is a beautiful Arab house located in the very hart of the Medina. everything is restored and modern but keeps to the Arab style which gives you an authentic feeling. All the staff did a great job and were very helpful with everything we needed. I would like to single out Ismail from the rooftop restaurant who did an amazing job helping us with our meals and serving us drinks with a top quality service attitude. We would very much want to return in the future,=. Definitely Recommended!

Disappointing experience
The experience if staying in a riad was actually very nice and this one has beautiful patios and structure, however our room was a box with almost no ventilation and a lot of moist that you can even smell permanently. Also, the terraces do not have the charm and beauty what I have experienced before in many other riads. Finally, although most of the staff was nice and friendly, the people at the front desk are not too professional, sometimes address your requests in a very rude way, and the way they offer you fees for services (trasfers, excursions...) feels very fishy, like nothing was established, they were cheating and you had to bargain like in the shops of the medina... Sadly, I have to say that Dar Justo would be a much more pleasant place if they would take care of these details, but as it is now I think it is not worth the price. I’d rather go somewhere else next time.

The staff at our reception is very professional, for years they have been working as a team in the riad and the services they offer (transfer, excursions, etc.) are completely professional with well-specified prices, we regret that it did not seem so. Our Riad is a haven of peace in the center of the Medina, composed of 5 houses that communicate with each other for their beautiful and well-kept courtyards. Our landscaped terraces of 1000 square meters are another haven of peace for our guests, our restaurant is located on our terraces. We are sorry that your stay was not to your liking

Καλή τοποθεσία, άνετο δωμάτιο,προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό. Όσο για τις παροχές του ξενοδοχείου θα ήταν η μικρότερη απαίτηση να υπήρχε ένα μικρό ψυγείο, για να πίνουμε μες το καλοκαίρι ένα ποτήρι κρύο νερό. Ο βραστήρας για ένα καφέ θα ήταν πολυτέλεια. Ένα μικρό σαπουνάκι και ένα μικρό αφρόλουτρο για δύο άτομα, για τέσσερις ημέρες, ήταν αρκετά σύμφωνα με την πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου. Κρίμα γιατί αδικούν το ξενοδοχείο με αυτή την μιζέρια και οι τιμή του δεν είναι και από τις φθηνές. Ευχαριστώ. Νίκος.

Beautiful oasis in the medina
We happened upon this riad by luck. We had booked accommodations at Dar Habiba based on beautiful photos and what appeared to be a lovely locale. Upon arriving, we quickly realized we were in a backpacker-esque low budget hotel. Unacceptable, we frantically got online to look for something else. My friend remembered she had been there the year before because she had used the spa services associated with the hotel. Thankfully they had one room left and they sent a porter to retrieve us and transport our bags. We felt like we had arrived at an oasis. We headed up to the rooftop terrace for dinner, where we received the most courteous and attentive service from Hicham. We stayed there for 5 hours. The riad has numerous lounges and nooks where you can escape and enjoy relaxation.I would describe the decor as simple elegance. We felt so fortunate to have found this lovely riad, especially because they closed the day we checked out for two weeks of renovations. As beautiful as it was, I couldn't see the need for them, but it shows the high standards that they have. I highly recommend this riad.

They gave us a room on the ground floor right in-front of the pool. We heard every person walking through the courtyard from our room, from non-guests coming in to take photos inside the pool area, to ppl coming in and out late night. I was there late April so it was not hot, but the room felt very humid and wet.... the towels would not dry. Also, when we wanted to turn no the A/C it was nonexistent.

Thank you for writing your comment. We are that you did not like your stay. The houses in La Medina and in Morocco in general have patios and their rooms are distributed around the patios. You can hear some of the sounds of these courtyards in any of the houses in Morocco because of its structure. Sorry for the inconvenience. Our air conditioning system in your room is underfloor heating/ cooling and that is why have thought that there was no A / C. We have 24 hour reception service and daily maintenance, you should have communicated and we would have explained how to be more confortable in your room. Sorry for the inconviences.
