« The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend. »

« Beautiful property. The hosts literally have thought of everything you need for a perfect stay. Such a generous and very much appreciated welcome pack, especially as we arrived fairly late. Great communication from the host. Only a short drive from beautiful Lincoln. Although we stayed in the grounds of the host’s home it still felt incredibly private. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very dog friendly. We would love to visit again. Thank you for everything Andy. »

« The pictures don't do it justice, the house is absolutely beautiful and so spacious. Ideal location. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING, the house is so well equipped and has literally everything you could possibly need. Hosts were fabulous and so responsive and even included a welcome basket with wine, treats and bread and milk. We couldn't believe how cheap it was for the location, amenities and house in general. We will 100% be back »

« The owners are very nice and obviously love their garden. The house was comfortable. However with a few tweaks our stay could have been fantastic. We have pointed these out to the owners, but in particular as mentioned previously particulars should be amended to reflect that the George and Dragon is now closed. »

« Absolutely loved staying at the Dairy Barn, it was so comfortable and Jayne our host had put a lot of time and care ensuring that there’s everything needed for a home from home feel. The Barn is in a great location in a very pleasant village, just a few miles from lots of attractions and heritage sites. « We stayed at 31 for 4 nights. We were very pleased with the property it is very stylish and has everything you need they have thought of ever plus we were left a bottle of Prosecco and milk whuch was a nice suprise. The communication with the hosts was excellent before and during our stay. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and great that there is tvs in all rooms. »

« Beautiful old building, with a superb modern interior. Clean, accommodating and brilliantly placed for city centre. Jared was amazing host, any communication was always swiftly answered and he was personable. Would definitely recommend unless struggle with stairs. »

« The property was excellent. Table football, trampoline in the garden and gym in the garage kept the younger members of our party well occupied. The added bonus of an on-site tennis court was much appreciated. The position of the was peaceful in spite of a busy main road nearby. Our hosts were ever helpful no matter how many times we contacted them. Will definitely be looking for another stay in the future. »

"Juste de passage pour aller en Écosse. Accueil sympathique à l’arrivée, surtout avec mon chien à l’aller. Au retour on me demande 10 livres de plus pour mon chien, accueil beaucoup moins sympathique. "

"Bon hôtel au niveau confort et petit déjeuner copieux, un peu de difficulté quand on ne s'exprime pas correctement en anglais. Le bémol nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, le lit n'était pas prêt pour les enfants et les serviettes de bains pas prévues, problèmes réglés rapidement avec le personnel de l'accueil. problème également quand on vient en voiture, pas d'indication que l'entrée de l'hôtel se fait par le parking de la surface commerciale, j'ai dû tourner un peu pour voir que l'information du parking se trouve dans la rampe d'accès au parking."
