« Unfortunately, we had to end our stay early and relocate with VRBO’s assistance.Our biggest concern was discovering what appeared to be a surveillance camera INSIDE the home in the family room/kitchen area. This made us extremely uncomfortable and raised serious privacy concerns.The central HVAC was also not functioning properly during extremely hot weather. « The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. »

« April’s house was wonderful! In a great location and close to everything we needed. The home was spotless and very cute on the inside. It has a very big outdoor corner lot that is completely fenced. I would definitely stay there again and recommend. Thank you April!!! »

« The place is really clean, 5*. And, you can’t beat the location of this property in terms of taking advantage of the Cooper Young area. You are within walking distance to it all, yet a few streets over so not as noisy. That being said the area has older homes and this is definitely one of them. The floors are uneven, the doors don’t all open/close properly, appearance is a put-off, etc. It’s run down and was not nearly as nice as other properties on Vrbo by this company. My opinion overpriced...
