« Staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was somewhat limited compared to other hotels. It’s a gorgeous property, but the experience doesn’t match the look of the property. Also significant highway noise can be heard from the room. »

« There was only one bellhop on duty to help bring the luggage to the room. The wait was so long that we end up having to bring our own luggage to the room. We were there for 2 nights and did not receive any room service including clean towels. Upon check out I asked the clerk why we did not receive room service and she said we would have had to call to request it. Overall, the stay was nice and the price was good. »

« Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and nowhere near worth the money we spent. Upon arrival, the room had a strong odor of marijuana. We attempted to contact the front desk to request a different room, only to discover that the room phone was broken. In addition, two of the lamps in the room did not work. The amenities were also in terrible condition. The hot tub was out of service, and the swimming pool was only partially filled. Even worse, the water was dirty and disgusting,...
