« Bonne connexion internet. La chambre est situé en retrait de la route, nous avons passé une nuit au calme dans un lit confortable. La chambre était propre. La présence d'une petite cuisine avec micro-ondes et réfrigérateur est très appréciée. La salle de bain est vieillissante et mériterait d'être mieux entretenue. »

« We had a lovely stay at the condo. The location was minutes from Marina del Ray and LMU. I loved that Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s were in close proximity. We could also easily access the freeway. We had a great experience! »

« The room was good for a solo traveler. The room had a funny smell for the first day or two, the windown would not open to air it out, but I had to run the dishwasher and leave it open to air dry and that seemed to help with the smell. The unit also had fruit flys and I could not figure out where they were coming from. There was also a hair in the cotton swabs, I brought my own so I wasn't to stressed. I also think they should think about getting different towels, the white ones looked dirty and...

« it was spare but clean, got the job done for us. it was a little confusing for parking, but the host directed us after calling them. venice beach is pretty sketchy now to be honest, but there are some nice restaurants by the marina, we mostly drove to the other places, but driving and finding parking in LA is mostly easy. »

« Everything the host advertised was accurate, the place is very clean and neat, good appliances except the stove was not working at time of our visit, but she had an elthe pool ectric stove ready, So that was good. The pool and gym are open as advertised and in optimal condition, the laundry machine were working fine. We would rent this place again »

« Great location with a patio looking out into the marina! However, I do have a concern. The internet is terrible slow at this property. We weren't able to watch the Smart TV, and when we tried to watch from the apps from our devices, there were problems with streaming. »

« A nice clean place. We really liked the assigned parking in the garage. Easy access to the apartment. »

« Stayed here with my family, including a tween and 2 teenagers. The unit was well maintained and clean. We felt very safe in the condo development; as there are multiple gated and locked entries. We had plenty of space to spread out and having a washer/dryer was especially convenient. I would highly recommend if visiting the LA area. It’s away from hustle and bustle of the big city, but close to everything. »
