« We were looking for a property with a beach so we could assemble and launch our double folding kayak for two or three days - without having to disassemble it after every paddle. We were thrilled to find this beautifully appointed studio with three perfect, charming, deck areas. One above the water, another large, fairly private deck, protected from wind, and another one, equally protected, off the kitchen. « This trip was my second stay at this property. Again, this is a perfect place for relaxing at Stinson Beach. Cafes and world-class hiking trailheads are within 5-10 mi minutes walking. The property is cleans, well-appointed with clean linens sofas and kitchen appliances. The water pressure is great, and the views are spectacular. »

« The view is spectacular, the space is very private, cozy and well appointed and the host is wonderfully flexible (they allowed me to have a late check out so I could have more time to explore the area with family). Highly recommend this place! »

« We had an excellent stay. The location was excellent- walking distance to cute downtown Mill Valley, including the Dipsea Trail. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/china and the quality of linens/furniture/bath supplies was great. The patio at the back was a great feature. »

« Sweet and charming place to stay, very Marin in all the right ways. If you don’t mind a bit of uphill walking coming back up, it’s a very nice stroll to the shops and restaurants. The view across the valley to the opposite hillside is stunning, especially when the fog is blowing through. Host is very nice. Would love to stay here again sometime »
