Getting into the house was difficult as the directions weren't clear and it was hard to get ahold of the property manager, but there was a glitch with the phone line. « Mitch and Susan were excellent at communication, their info book was chock full of good recommendations; the apartment itself was spotless; Susan's art on the walls was a welcome personal touch (so nice to see original art and not Home Goods-type art!).
