Surrey House is a spacious five bedroom home offering the perfect location and accommodation for family getaways and business trips.

Within 5 minutes walk of St Malo House, you will reach the promenade and can walk along the green spaces of Eastern Esplanade towards Margate Old Town, a relaxing 20-30 min stroll away.



At low tide, the sandy shores of Margate Main Sands can be reached along the beach, from Palm Bay (7-10min walk), discovering rock pools and Walpole Bay Tidal Sea Bath along the way towards the Harbour Arm and the Turner Contemporary Gallery.

The lounge has a SMART TV, free wifi and a large comfortable sofa.



The kitchen is light and airy and has everything you need to cook a meal and includes a hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and washing machine.



There are two double sized bedrooms on the first floor, one with a king-size bed and lovely seating area and one set up with 2 single zip link bed (making this a double bed if needed), a TV and a comfortable seating area (perfect for the kids!).



The bedroom on the second floor, has an ensuite shower room.



There is a lovely connecting flat of two bedroom apartment that can sleep up to four people.



This makes the house to accommodate comfortably up to 12 people.
