Relaxing 4 Bedroom - Walk to South Beach

The property offers a great vacation. Decorated with beach theme, adding to your beach vacation get away. Can't beat waking up to see the beautiful sunrises. There are 4 bedrooms, each room has a king bed. Two bedrooms have TV's for your enjoyments as well. There is also a pull out coach with the memory foam bed top in the living room if needed. There are three bathrooms, one right off of the pool area.

Be sure to look at the view of Roberts Bay from the dock. If you are a boat lover, you have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. After enjoying the hammock on the dock or the lounge chairs, jump into the pool to cool off. The pool is heated for your comfort.

Enjoy eating your meals outside under the fans, sitting pool side. If you want you can enjoy a BBQ on the Weber grill.

You are only a 1 mile walk from the South Beach access off of Winterberry. There are beach chairs for you to bring to the beach with you as well. You are also close to many restaurants, ice cream shop, movie theater and the mini putt at the intersection of Winterberry and Collier.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach home! It is very spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all of our cooking and beach needs. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool and the lanai. We also loved spending time fishing off the dock. We had 2 visits from dolphins during our stay! We also loved the walkability! We walked to the beach each day, and also to shops and restaurants. It is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We had a wonderful time with our family and made many cherished memories.

We were ghosted by the host on the day of arrival with no warning of cancelation. Vrbo customer service was great. We were refunded quickly, and they covered the difference of our new last minute reservation. There was a for sale sign in the front yard of the house. Future visitors: proceed with caution...

"2025 Marco Island Vac"

We loved the house! When we arrived the pool needed to be cleaned..we arrived on a Tuesday, we reached out to the owner - she had the pool company out within a hour & he was there every day he had that pool sparkling! The neighborhood was Grand! We had 2 BIG rainstorms in the evening ,what a great view from the living room & bedroom off the waterway. I love to cook for my family (they are celiac) the kitchen was great to cook in. We also played one of the many games that were available."Marconolpy" It was was a blast ( we also saw the game available at "Sweet Annie's Ice cream " ) they have the best ice cream!We also went to the Bargain Basket daily - I went home with a new wardrobe ( cheap & new to me) Went to Publix daily ( I Publix)..went to the beach in the Am & in the pool at different times of the day. Watched a couple of movies. We even went out on 2 different bike rides. Got a pizza from Joes Pizza ( I am not Celiac) I purposely did not eat pizza for a month prior, best pizza! We also visited Donuts and Popcorn , Great popcorn! We had the best time this year ! Our host was so easy to contact and work with. I would highly recommend this home as our next vacation!

Another perfect stay in Marco

We’ve been coming to Marco since the 80s…started when I was a kid and now coming with our kids. Although the island has changed this beautiful home made us feel like home. The dock is great for morning coffee and catching some rays. Terrific views of the stars at night. Perfect location! And the layout of the home is great!

Marco Island Vacation Home

The house sits in a beautiful neighborhood in Marco Island on the waterway. House was extremely clean and well furnished including bikes for riding around to see the beach and the other stunning surrounding houses. We enjoyed the pool, fishing off the dock and just relaxing in the sun. Highly recommended for any one looking to stay in the area. Thank you for an awesome vacation stay!

Annual Beach House Getaway

The house is very comfortable, clean and has everything we needed for our stay. The grandkids spent the entire time in the pool, with the exception of when we went to the beach. We cooked, grilled, watched football and really enjoyed every moment while making lasting memories. Would highly recommend it to other families.

Perfect location and plenty of room

This location is close to just about everything you can imagine. Our family enjoyed fishing off the dock, riding the bikes, the pool, and plenty of space for everyone. We had a little snafu with the checking process that was no fault of anyone and the hosts were quick and kind in their communication. We’re already trying to plan when we can come again!
