« The home was very clean. Plenty of space for my girlfriend, myself and my Belgian Malinous. My two kids would have had their own rooms if I took them but this was a vacation.... Back yard was perfect for my pup to explore and do his thing. Door to the back patio with stairs to the yard was a huge plus. Gina was fantastic with directions and suggestions on food and activities even though I spent my first 21 years growing up there. The house has everything you need and of course the island is 4...

« Do not be fooled by the pictures. This property was built in 1989 and it smells and looks old. We walked in, looked around and walked out. The photos are enhanced to show beautiful bright modern accommodations. The exit off the pool to the dock had loose, missing and broken tiles. The chairs were in the canal and appeared to have been there a while. There were small insects in the downstairs bathroom. The host will respond they are a family owned local business with 5 star ratings. »

« Overall, this property has a great location with an easy walk to the beach, and the pool was a highlight of our stay. However, the home itself fell short of expectations for the price point. The house lacked comfortable seating, and the furnishings felt worn and outdated. There was visible mold on the back exterior of the house, which the owner seemed surprised by when notified, as it clearly had been there for a while. The bedroom closest to that area also had an odor, so we chose not to use it...
