Enjoy the perfect island getaway in this beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath west facing heated pool home - ideally situated in a desirable central island location just a short walk to the YMCA (gym & pickleball) and Mackle Park (playground, lake walking path, dog park, splash pad, soccer field, basketball courts, etc).

The main living level features the master bedroom with king size adjustable split bed and private ensuite bathroom complete with double vanity and walk-in shower. Also on this level is the first guest bedroom, furnished with full-size bed and its own ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Designed with families in mind, the home offers two separate living areas—one at the front of the house and another in the rear featuring a large sectional sofa and TV, perfect for family movie or game nights. Two dedicated workspaces with desks provide convenient areas for remote work or school assignments. A short staircase leads to the second and third guest bedrooms. One offers two full-size beds, while the other features one full-size bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub, making it ideal for families with young children. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, showcasing an induction cooktop island with bar seating for casual breakfasts or evening conversations over a glass of wine. Nearby, a custom dining area with booth seating comfortably accommodates memorable family meals.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis. The western-facing salt water heated pool enjoys sunshine throughout the day and features a shallow wading area perfect for younger swimmers. The spacious patio includes lounge chairs for sunbathing, a six-person outdoor dining table, and a grill for alfresco dining. Just beyond the pool, you'll find a built-in basketball hoop and court for additional fun! The fully fenced backyard provides privacy and peace of mind, making this home an excellent choice for guests traveling with their furry family members.

POOL HEAT. Pool heat is an optional price amenity. Some people use the pool, many do not. If you want a heated pool during your winter stay, we have a daily $ 25 pool heat charge. This is an add on charge and not included in the rental rate. Maximum pool heat temperature is 86 degrees. Occasional issues with pool equipment can result in no pool or spa heat. If so, there may be a credit for up to but not exceeding $25 per day for full days with no pool heat.

Your home rental requires your cooperation and compliance with simple common sense house rules and Marco Island ordinances.

BEACH PASS: As our guest, anywhere you stay with us - you receive a complimentary beach parking pass, allowing you to park at our office lot free of charge any day of the week until 4 PM, conveniently located directly across from the Collier & Winterberry Public Beach access point.
