Pour le prix de la nuit, il faut y rajouter le prix du parking a 20 $. C'est quand meme inadmissible car on ne peut pas se garer ailleurs. C'est quand meme pas tres correct a mon gout. Sans compter le cout du petit dej a 25 $ par personne. Gros beau budget en plus pour une nuit dans ce resort. Sinon l'etablissement est top.

C’est un petit paradis! Les bâtiments sont très jolis: blanc et bleu, tres propre, décoré bord de mer, de toute beauté. Les jardins sont magnifiques et parfaitement entretenus. La plage est propre et tranquille, la piscine très belle. On a l’impression d’être seuls au monde dans ce petit paradis. Les employés sont souriants et très gentils. Le seul bémol est, selon moi, l’utilisation de plusieurs centaines de bouteilles d’eau froide rafraîchissante mais très polluantes. Je suggère l’installation de fontaines d’eau filtrée. On pourrrait nous offrir une jolie gourde à l’arrivée et on pourrait la remplir au besoin aux fontaines.

Outstanding from start to finish! The amount of childrens activities and daily itineraries was epic! My kids had a blast and voted it their favorite hotel ever. Rooms were impeccable. Staff was amazing and so kind and helpful to my kids. And you can’t replicate the property or views. Felt like I was in Greece!

If you want a 5 star resort, then this is your place. personally, my wife and I are happy with less expensive 3-star places. VERY NICE resort but VERY EXPENSIVE all around from the accommodations to the restaurants (lowest price item on dinner menu was the chicken at $40..have you ever paid $40 for chicken? ) to the everyday parking fee WTH? a daily parking fee?? Like i said, we loved it, but I know there are just as nice places that are less expensive. Maybe return in the future when we hit the lottery. LOL

Dining experience was excellent, we have been to keys many times and have experience other dining options but non as good as at this property. Unfortunately I am very disappointed at the way the front desk treats guests. We arrived late and it was our first time at this location and they only gave us a map and were very short along with a charger error claiming we hadn’t pay for our stay, when in fact we had paid months ago. We also did in dinning room and called for status on order as it had already been over an hour since we had placed the order, front desk would answer and just put us on hold. Many times we tried calling front desk and they were very rude! Management really needs to train these people. We come back to the keys 2x a year and I doubt we will be returning to this resort at least not until staff improves. Pools guys were great along with restaurant staff.

Lots of areas to spread out even at full capacity still had access to beach chairs and pool chairs. Staff was mostly well trained and provided prompt friendly service. The restaurant was nice but we were disappointed by the lack of accommodation to guests staying at the hotel to book reservations at desirable dinner times. There was room for improvement in the customer service offered by the hostess staff and management. Overall we enjoyed our stay though we may consider different accommodations on our next visit to the area.

The location was very good, everything was clean, a very nice view, good service. What I didn't like was that the room service didn't come to clean my room until four in the afternoon because I asked what was happening, they hadn't cleaned the room yet and they told me That I had until six in the afternoon to clean the room, I don't think that's right.

Beautiful property and landscaping. The ocean, beach and palm tree views are beautiful; as is building architecture and design of the rooms. Wait staff could be more intentional: I had to get up and approach them to request drinks, etc. I understand not wanting to be intrusive; however, there was a marked difference in this regard, compared to other luxury resorts I've visited. There was also a bit of a language barrier (this happened more than once, with different servers.) My request for a quiet room had to be reiterated once I arrived; however when I asked, Bridgette was able to change my room to a quieter location (3rd floor; opposite end of beach bar area,) which was greatly appreciated. She, and John the valet, also did a great job of welcoming me to the property in a warm and professional manner. I slept like a baby: linens and bedding were very clean and nice. The room was lovely, with beautiful drapes, art and objects; carpet could use shampooing. Walking around the property, with its lush greenery and water views, was a pleasure in itself. The key lime pie was the best of 3 that I tried while in the Key West area! Marathon is a bit sleepy, but gets points for a cute old-fashioned cinema and free open play pickleball at the community park. Lots of reasonable food options in the area, too. Also appreciated the Tesla and EV charging station at the resort. There was always a Tesla charger available throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Its a very nice property, but for a higher end resort its lacking in service. Instead of finding ways to accomodate the guests needs they parrot their policies.

Isla Bella is an awesome place to stay. There could be better communication to incoming guests about the activities the next day. They send in email at 7:00 the day of events. It doesn’t give guests time to plan.
