La baie de lamantins a le meilleur de tous les mondes. Il possĂšde une grande piscine en fibre de verre sur mesure situĂ©e Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d'un lagon de 20 pieds de profondeur et magnifique pour la baignade et la pĂȘche. La lagune regorge de toutes sortes d'animaux sauvages, y compris un lamantin occasionnel, des tortues et toutes sortes de poissons. C'est l'endroit idĂ©al pour apprendre Ă  faire du Paddle Board, du Snorkel ou du Kayak. Il y a un accĂšs rapide au golfe ouvert au bout du lagon, avec un grand quai dans les eaux profondes pouvant accueillir 3 bateaux. Le pont arriĂšre du lamantin qui surplombe le lagon est gigantesque, offre beaucoup d'espace pour socialiser et admirer la vue, ou pour se faire bronzer. Il ombrage Ă©galement une partie de la piscine afin que vous puissiez en profiter mĂȘme aprĂšs avoir eu suffisamment de soleil. Le lamantin a mĂȘme un systĂšme de chauffage pour la piscine, un cĂŽtĂ© de la terrasse est totalement blindĂ© afin que rien ne puisse interrompre votre bon temps.


Le plan d'étage ouvert de la lagune des lamantins est idéal pour les grands groupes. La grande salle et la cuisine ouverte sont idéales pour passer vos vacances pendant les repas. Nous avons une superbe table de billard prĂšs de la piscine, idĂ©ale pour garder un Ɠil sur ces petits tout en se dĂ©tendant aprĂšs une dure journĂ©e de jeu sur l’eau. Il y a tellement de crĂ©atures soignĂ©es dans le lagon pour voir au lamantin que vous serez Ă©tonnĂ©. C'est l'endroit idĂ©al pour faire du kayak, du paddle ou du snorkeling. C'est pourquoi nous incluons les paddle et les kayaks dans la location.

Nous offrons également le prix le plus bas en location de bateau pour votre voyage hebdomadaire dans les Keys. Ils vont d'un 17'-28 'Boston Whaler, 4 hors-bord Yamaha Yamaha. Ils sont livrés directement au quai et ramassés à la fin de la semaine.

Great trip!

Loved our stay! All was clean and comfortable. House had all we needed and husband fished off the dock everyday and went kayaking. Quiet neighborhood- just perfect. Hope to come back again!

Fantastic Location

We enjoyed the dock, porch, and pool very much. Manatees, pelicans, and even a shark were novelties for us as New Englanders! So many cool restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Minor cosmetic issues other reviewers mentioned, but didn't put a damper on our experience in the least. I was anxious about cleanliness, but was happy to see that the house was quite clean. We would 100% stay again!

Winter Getaway

Could be better

The location itself is nice and close to everything. The heated pool and hot tub were great, especially due to the chilly weather we had while there. The A/C worked great. The house definitely could use some TLC- the recliners in the couches don’t work, there is junk sitting under the house that should be removed, tile has chipped off the pool, the fence around the pool is not sturdy, not all wall sockets function, and the plumbing could use some work. Property manager responded quickly to an emergency that occurred. Good price point for marathon but what you pay is what you get.

Thanksgiving 2024

Great location! Plenty of room for all of us. The view of the lagoon was phenomenal. The dock for the boats is great !!! We had a very relaxing week this week. Communication with owner/ property managers was excellent. We will DEFINITELY be booking this property again !!!

Wildlife Hot Spot

We have rented a house in the Keys for 20 or more years! This property had some great features and some not so great features. To start, the kitchen was big and sufficiently stocked, the pool was nice and cool everyday(Which has never been the case in the Keys). There was enough table seating, which is also rare. The dock was nice and fit our 36 foot boat; there was always some sort of wildlife on or under the dock! We had visits from pelicans, seagulls, frigate birds, Swallow tail kites, parrot fish, tarpon, barracuda, and the best was the manatees! The place wasn't cleaned great and the king bed was broken in the middle, we had a few other small issues as well. Everything was handled in a quick and timely manner! There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 bathroom that is split between 2 bedrooms, you share the shower but have your own toliet and sink. Overall I would stay here again!

Great Location

This house was in a perfect location. Directly on the water allowed us to see dolphins, manatees, and sea turtles on a daily basis. We enjoyed using the kayaks/paddle boards and the pool was a great temperature (nice and warm!) The few minor issues we had (we couldn't figure out how to work the hottub, and a inside door handle was sticking) were immediately rectified. The property manager (I think his name was Adam) responded quickly and was polite and accommodating. We had an excellent vacation!

It was really amazing. We saw a lot of wildlife. Manatee dolphins pelicans iguanas. The only thing that was an issue was a few of us got a lot of nose bites, but he better bites down there than bites in Minnesota and the summer.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us again. Lagoon was full of wonderful marine life for us and even had manatees visiting this time. Couldn’t ask for a better location in Marathon, everything we need is just minutes away. The week always goes by way too fast!!

Wonderful Week in the Keys

Beautiful neighborhood right on the canal. Had a manatee swimming around the dock a couple of times and got awesome video. Some minor things in the house need repaired which i reported so it will be turned in to the owners. House could use a derp cleaning, but beds, dishes, towels were all clean. Id definitely stay again. Wendy was very helpful and responded quickly to all questions we sent her way.

House needs help. Trash was full, microwave dirty, grill dirty and Propane tank was empty when we arrived. Dishwasher leaks, bathroom faucets pull off and house is very dirty. Will not stay again.

An excellent location.

Overall we had a great time. Some things were clean, some needed additional work. But Wendy is on top of it all. She was very responsive to everything we brought up and we had a great time kayaking, seeing all of the turtles, tarpons, nurse sharks and manatees. The pool was excellent and the space outside was lovely and incredibly enjoyable.

Vacation in paradise

The house was located perfectly around everything. The house itself was amazing from the pool to the hot tub to the dock with all kinds of wildlife. We saw manatees and sharks swimming by daily! The house had everything you would need and was super clean! We will for sure be back ! One of the best places we have stayed! Can’t wait to book again!

Love is needed for this place!

This place was definitely in a beautiful place and I bet once was very nice. I am sure from renters that have been disrespectful to this place things have been misused. The shower handle in guest room was broken. Multiple chairs looked broken and nailed back together. The dishwasher leaked. So much thick dust on air conditioners filter had all of our sinuses acting up. Pool had so many tiles broken. Beds could use replacing. One queen bed was so bad someone put a old egg crate topper and sleeping bag on top. No ice maker or water on the refrigerator. The electrical outlets were so old in the bedroom you couldn’t plug in anything. Once the new buyers come in and update everything this place will be wonderful.

Worst VRBO I have ever stayed at

There were more thing’s broken than ones that worked. This could be a nice place if they kept it up. There was no amenities such as soap sponges wash clothes. All the remotes had no batteries. There was about 5 squares of TP for 3 bathrooms. There was no propane in the 2tanks. We had to buy it. Which isn’t a big deal but then the owner when I told them about the condition of the place replied by saying I see what kind of person I am dealing with. That was not appropriate he is a slumlord at best. This is a broken down rental that you pay good money for. No Wi-Fi and we had to spend 1and a half days trying to get the TVs to work because there cable boxes were broken. And then there was the safety issue of all the extension cords so you had electric which you had to plug in the bathroom water and electrical not good.

Pros & Cons

Great layout of home. Good size pool. Good size dock. Nice covered parking. Nice screened porch. Nice little bait freezer. We did see 5 manatees under the dock. Turtles & Tarpon in the basin. Need to hire a different cleaning company. We had to clean the house when we arrived. To include mopping the floor. Kitchen faucet only trickles water. Guest bathroom shower knobs are falling off. The queen guest room only has 1 working power outlet.They ran an extension cord to the bathroom to power the twin room.The a/c quit working one nite & we had to wait 5 hours for the a/c company to show up & fix it. No fans in the bedrooms. Both reclining sofas have the power cords cut off, so they do not recline. The pool pump does not circulate water. Burners need to be replaced on the grill. We have rented several homes in Marathon. You expect a couple minor issues here & there. With the extra fees we have to pay nowadays, the magnitude of these issues is unacceptable.
