The well-stocked kitchen is a cook's delight, boasting an oven and a microwave that also functions as a convection oven, ample counter space, and seating for four at the extended countertop. Gather around the dining table, which comfortably seats ten, and enjoy meals with stunning ocean views.



Designed for comfort and convenience, the home features a spiral staircase providing easy access to all three levels. The main-floor primary bedroom includes a luxurious king bed, a full bathroom with heated floors, a cozy TV area, and private access to the north viewing deck—perfect for soaking in a personal sunset moment. An additional sofa sleeper area located down the hall can serve as a secondary TV room or an extra sleeping space.



Upstairs, the first large bedroom is behind a charming custom barn door and includes a queen bed and two twin beds, along with a full bathroom and breathtaking ocean vistas. Another bedroom features a plush king-sized bed with an ocean view. Finally, the downstairs bedroom offers a restful retreat, complete with a daybed, a queen bed, and the soothing sounds of the waves just outside. A full bath downstairs ensures convenience after a day of beach adventures.



Step outside to the full wrap-around deck, where multiple seating areas allow for relaxation and panoramic coastal views. The south deck, located off the dining area, features a picnic table and gas grill for summer cookouts. In contrast, the multi-level north deck offers lounge chairs and unmatched scenery of Neahkahnie Mountain and the vast shoreline.



For added fun, the garage holds a foosball table, an extra fridge/freezer, a beach wagon, a cornhole set, and plenty of toys for your seaside adventures. Whether you're here for relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, Beaches N' Greens is the ultimate coastal retreat—because you deserve it.

The Neighborhood:

This home located in south Manzanita, has ocean views and a quick access to the beach. Hop in the car for a couple minute drive to Laneda Ave (town).



Getting Around:

If staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car but if wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.



Interaction with Guests:

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.
