« Fridge seemed to be a little on warmer side not sure it was working properly but wasn't a concern for me. Was a pair of old boxers left by the hot tube not mine. Hot tub water was on lower side with grass and stuff in it. Couch wasn't what was in pictures and had some tains but brought blankets to cover so not a huge deal. Really just little things in my opinion but want to write an honest review. »

« The house was comfortable and clean. It was very easy to locate and a short walk to the beach. The house is located in a very quiet and clean neighborhood. The house is supplied with nice towels; the beds are comfortable and the kitchen wells supplied with dishes, cookware and utensils. « The house has everything you need for a great stay in Rockaway Beach! The house was clean and well stocked. Gary was communicative when issues arose and everything was clearly organized and labeled in the house. Location is perfect for access to anything in town or up and down the coast. There is a slant to the floors on the south side of the house, but the bed has been leveled and was comfortable. We would definitely stay again. »

« The stair were a bit treacherous for an 86 Yo and the 3 yo but the beds were all very comfortable and it was very well stocked with bedding and towels. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed and it was one of the few places we’ve stayed that had ice in the freezer, which was very appreciated. We expected rain every day but were blessed with sunny days after the first day of wind and rain. »
