Apparently a new facility. We had a room with two queen beds but the room was cramped for four people and two beds. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Cereal, waffles, mini muffins, toast, or bagels, along with yogurt were the choices (coffee and juice available). My grandson had left a book he was reading behind in the room - housekeeping had thrown it away where other facilities would have hung on to it for a brief in case the owner discovered it was missing and could go back to claim it. When my wife asked someone in charge to turn on the TV in the breakfast area, the man was a little short with her. The price for the room was right but we won't be back.

We will not stay here again. Stains on sheets, hair in bathtub, hair on the bathroom counter, toilet seat dirty, burn marks on bathroom floor, corner of window screen torn away from window frame. The 3 Pillows were old and lumpy. I asked employee to clean toilet seat, he wiped the toilet seat then the floor and toilet seat again with same rag. The shower was not clean, dried up shampoo on shower wall. Definitely was not worth $160 for one night.

The floor in the bathroom along the bottom strip was disgusting. The toilet wouldn't stop running and wouldn't flush and the bedspread on the one bed had some "stains" so who knows what that was.

Staff at check in seemed sketchy and weird, there were stains in my room on the mattress and ledge pad. It also said it was a queen room and queen bed but it was a very small room and a full not a queen. So not very pleasant experience.

Very clean. They allow dogs but it's a $15 fee per dog per night. And a $50 deposit that you get back after you're checked out. The breakfast was ok.

They did some weird pending charges on our CC and added a $50.00 charge for damages. It has not been credited back to account yet.

Hair and dirt on bedsheets, obviously hasn’t been cleaned. Didn’t dare try and examine the rest of the room. Front desk attendant asleep at 4 when I came down to have my card magnitized when it wasn’t working, as evidenced by snoring so loud you could hear it from the elevator. Extremely poor experience.

When I have a Do not Disturb sign on my door thats what it means. While I was gone somebody came into my room. They replaced towels. They should not even be knocking on the door let alone entering. Also refrigerators did not work, alarm clock was so bad it was unpluged.

worn out old bed linen
They should really invest in new bed linen. It's so old and worn out, which just isn't comfortable. Our bed sheets had stains in it. They were washed, but it was just something that wouldn't wash out. I don't think the Wyndham should be connecting their name to this, it's not up to standards.

The hosts were nice and friendly. Room was small, but it was very clean and nicely priced. . The problem I had is the very strong smell of cury or uunsi (not 100% sure what it is called) when I walked in the front door. This smell is not pleasant to me and has gave me head aches. Then when I got to the room the smell was in there to but not as bad. I opened window to air out room and it did get better. If the smell was not a problem for me, I would have gave it a much better review.

The check-in staff were pleasant, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our experience at the property. The room itself was quite average and left much to be desired. We had to request additional towels as there were not enough provided for the number of people in our party. Furthermore, both the towels and sheets were discolored and stained, which was quite off-putting. The room had an unpleasant odor, and to make matters worse, the toilet was leaking, causing water to spread all over the floor. Despite notifying the staff about the issue, they took no action to resolve it, so we resorted to wrapping a towel around the base ourselves. Even when the towels were changed the next morning, they were left on the floor around the toilet, and once again, there were not enough provided. Additionally, the shower had mold accumulating in the corners, which was quite unsanitary. The state of the room was so disappointing that we didn't even bother with breakfast at the property, even though it was supposed to be offered, as we couldn't fathom eating there. Given the chance, we would have definitely sought accommodations elsewhere. As a result of this experience, we have decided to never stay at another Wyndham Microtel again.

Walls are paper thin & can hear everything from other rooms. Killed about 10 bugs in the bathroom and a ladybug on the wall above the bed. First non-smoking room they gave us stunk like smoke so they had to move us to another room. Sheets had blood stains on them and weren't white but beige.

The lobby was clean. I didnt like that when we got to our room, and checked our beds the sheets appeared to be used not clean. The bathtub was dirty. The toilet paper roll was crumpled. When i reported this to front desk staff, all he said was they change sheets everyday. But he did give me new sheets that i had to put on the bed. I feel for the price of the room at $102 this is not okay.

After flying a red eye and arriving into MN at 5:45am, i went to check in at 4pm. All I wanted to do was take a shower. There was a big crack in the bottom of the tub which wouldve allowed the water to go all enderneath the tub. They couldnt give me another room until the next day at 3pm. I was alone but they upgraded me to a suite. I was alone and the suite waa no upgrade. When i checked out i said I should not have to pay full price for the 1st night stay. I was told since i was upgraded they considered that making us even. That was awful and i will be contesting the charges with American Express and now I dont want to pay for any of the 3 nights
