Auberges à Manitou Beach

« Great space for groups. Well stocked. Great view and nice sandy and shallow bottom for little ones. Paddle boards and kayaks a big plus as was access to renting a pontoon. Road in front sometimes noisy and speeds not controlled. Great communication with host! Definitely recommend. »

« Thank you »

« Friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Will definitely be back again »

« When we first entered our room we could tell it had not been cleaned. We were given a new room immediately. The breakfast was ok but not many choices. »

« We enjoyed the spacious rooms, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and the friendly staff! It’s location on the Hillsdale campus was incredibly convenient. »

« It was a clean and fairly adequate motel except for the mattresses and other furniture. Out of three beds in our room, one was adequate and the other two were worn out and visibly sunken. There weren’t many amenities (ice, front desk, etc) but the lack of comfortable furnishings in the room - sunken beds, only a card table and three folding chairs, no place to put suitcases to open them, etc., made this property a negative for me. »

« Low budget choice that isn’t fit for most travelers. Rooms are old and cosmetic upgrades are well beyond needed. Poor lighting in room and had no access to turn heat on. This place can be a good choice if trying to save $, but be prepared to rough it!! »

« I have stayed here before and had great experience. There were a couple of snafoos when I arrived but everything worked out in the end. The stairs going up to my place were not ideal but I survived. I want to thank Rebecca for all her help and kindness. I want to thank the wonderful Kenton for coming down the next morning to do a great job getting my room in tip top shape. And last but not least, Scott. He came down from the Pub to reset my lock to make sure I would be completely safe. I...

« Quaint homey feel. »

« The owners and staff are very nice and the breakfast was great! »

« The place appeared unkept on the outside. There were cigarette buts on the walkway and the tiles were broken. I thought it was strange for a bed to be in the living room and the second bedroom had a table and chairs in it. The bathroom lights were bare light bulbs. It’s an old house and needs some fixing up. It was adequate for our needs. »

« Super cute country setting! I absolutely loved all the beautiful flowers. Our room had a little wooden patio with a couple rocking chairs to enjoy the amazing sunset »

« Room was clean and comfortable. Staff are not on site all the time, but are very friendly and responsive through text and phone. A local market has most essentials you may need nearby, and there are a few restaurants around the area with good food. »
