La piscine était agréable mais payante pour les invités, y compris la famille. Le décor de la salle du petit-déjeuner est défraîchi, petit déjeuner de qualité très moyenne. Les chambres sont également à rénover, mobilier démodé et vieillot. Personnel de l'accueil aimable et dévoué.

Très centré, on peut aller à pied dans le centre de Manille! Gens très courtois!!!

Great value for money for one day stop in Manilla. Walking distance from Intramuros and Rizal parc, some of the main tourist attractions in town. However the rooms are more like proper flats, great option for longer stays

This hotel is very convenient and safe as far as I'm concerned, whether I need to take LRT or need a cab. It is also close to the Robinson's mall, where I can shop and buy food during my stay. The area is well lighted that I wasn't worried when returning back to my room in the evening. The security guards did a good job of always watching the in and out of the hotel guests. That's why for the last 8 years, I've always made my reservations without any second thought.

Big rooms. Very clean. Very nice pool. Walking distance to intramuros. Close to a mall. Hotel offers shuttle service to airport. Neighbourhood is poor.

We like the hospitality of the staff from the guard/bell sevice, reception, breakfast lounge and most especially the housekeeping service. We got a room upgrade, and we enjoyed very much the spacious unit. We iwll definitely return.

I booked a 7 night stay. I had to pay extra upon arrival for an early checkin. I was given a room directly beneath a room undergoing major renovations. The sounds of jack hammers were so loud that you could not hear the television. Was it because i was black? After the forth night i finally requested to be moved. Late that evening they called to say that they had a room for me. Other than that, the staff was polite and the room was well maintained.

The reception was helpful and friendly. The pool was clean. The room was nice and comfortable. The nearby Robinsons is convenient (walking distance).

朝食はビュッフェスタイルではなく注文制で種類も少なくフィリピン料理・洋食ともに口には合わなかった。 施設は老朽感があり、清潔感も感じることはなかった。 ただし、フロントの女性スタッフの接客サービス・笑顔はとても素晴らしく好感を感じました。 お世話になりました。

Wonderful place to stay. Staff are amazing in meeting the guest needs. Place is located in a quiet street near the mall, hospital, laundry services and restaurants as well as bars.

Hotel was old but clean; It is surrounded by poverty as it stank of urine just 10-20 metres away from the hotel; it was messy dirty and scary to go out at night with beggars on every street corner. The upside was that it was reasonably close to the bay to see beautiful sunsets over the bay; close to a large memorial park and a large shopping centre!

Wonderful hotel if you must stay in Manila. We had a small kitchen and balcony. The hotel staff are so nice and friendly and the hotel is very clean. 10/10 will come back if we need to stay in Manila again. Even though the surrounding area was not optimal we felt very safe and taken care of by the staff.

部屋の割り振りに不満
マニラ滞在時は何回か利用しました。そのせいか女性マネージャーには顔を覚えられ、部屋のグレードアップや向きの良い部屋にしてもらったりしていました。今回はチェックインの時に彼女は居らず普通に振り分けられた部屋になりました。そこは部屋のバルコニーのすぐ目の前に隣のビルの壁があり、日射しが全く入って来ませんでした。他の部屋が満室なら仕方ないと諦めますが、空室があるのだから出来れば日射しが入る部屋から割り当ててほしかった。

Excellent pool, large suite, excellent staff. Cable TV was disconnected after a couple of days, appears they may have been changing providers but no new facility was connected.
