This hotel is in the seedier end of Makati. The staff were not really interested nor helpful, we didn't feel welcome here. There are 2 lifts for the whole building. We were originally put in a room on level 5, directly above the convention room where there was a big party being held. I don't mind a bit of noise but our whole room was vibrating!!! After being passed from one staff member to the next, and waiting for them to call us back as they said they would, we went down to the lobby agian, and evenually got changed to a room on the 10th floor which was fine. Originally they tried to tell us there were no free rooms, and we would have to pay for a larger room, after we disagreed, a free room appeared...The room itself was small but clean. About 3 times, our door key stopped working, and even after going down the lifts, letting the staff know, and getting them to renew the key, going back up the lifts, it still wouldnt work... Not great to come home to after a busy day!
The good things about the hotel were the staff at breakfast, who were friendly, and the fast free wi-fi.
If you are planning on staying one night, this hotel would be ok, but for longer periods of time, I'd pay more to stay somewhere nicer.
