• Parking Options:
• Common Parking: Secure a spot in the common parking area located in Basement 1 for ₱500 per car per day.
• Private Parking: For added convenience, reserve our private parking space before your arrival. It’s important to pre-book to ensure availability.
• Street Parking: You may also choose to park on the street, which is generally safe, but please be aware that it’s at your own discretion and risk.

2. No Pets Allowed:
- For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed in the unit or building premises.

3. No Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all indoor common areas of the building. Designated smoking areas may be available outside the building.

4. Quiet Hours
- Please observe quiet hours from **10 PM to 7 AM** to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents and guests.

5. Security and Safety:
- The building is equipped with 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance for your safety.
- Always keep your unit locked and secure when leaving.

6. Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-in time is 1400 hours, and check-out time is 12 noon.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional cost.

7. Damage and Cleanliness:
- Please treat the unit and its contents with care. Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to misuse may result in additional charges.
