The staff in the building were also very kind and knowledgeable about nearby locations. There was a mall right at the ground floor just outside the condo with nice upscale restaurants. »

« I booked 3BR from expedia, but ai was given different unit than described. Unit was dirty, cockroach all over the place. AC was leaking in the room, toilet was leaking. Complained to the host/property owner and manager about it but no action taken. The second day I complained they totally ignored my calls and messages. If I could I would give this place zero rating. It was a horrible experience. »

« Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

« This is not a hotel but a combo so not advisable for business travellers and short stays (no drinkable water in room, soap dispensers empty so had to buy my own, no iron table). You end up renting a flat managed by 3rd party: no wifi in common areas (nightmare for Grab taxi), checking in took ages (staff asking for a tag i never got). »

« I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again! »
