I wasn’t able to check in because the front desk said I had to contact the owner to check in. I attempted to contact the owner but never got a response. I had to go and get a room at another hotel. Very disappointed that I have $373 away. Now I understand why they don’t do refunds. They are a scam

The owner of the property charged us DOUBLE to use the swimming pool as opposed to other guests !!! also everything with him had to be CASH he would not let me do a bank transfer ??? so he is avoiding paying tax on his income ! is this something Shell condoms ? i will inform the relevant TAX Authority to investigate this ! furniture kept falling apart ie the pull out bed ? and also the property was very very dirty, we will never RETURN !!

experience. We thought we were booking with a hotel but this turned out to be something like an Airbnb with a private group that’s renting out some condos. We notified them that our plane was arriving at 2 am and that we will need to check in around that time a month before our arrival. They didn’t communicate that they’re an Airbnb and there’s not a front desk to let us in at night. On their booklet they said that they would clean the rooms every day - but it never got cleaned the whole time we stayed there. There wasn’t enough blankets for everyone. The ac was only in one room so one room was always cold and the other room was hot. The service was also horrible. I do not recommend this place. It tarnished my view of Hotels.com to allow such an establishment. We complained to the building staff and they had told us that they get complaints about them all the time. They said that they are supposed to be there between 3pm - 6pm but sometimes they don’t show up so the guests who are arriving are left stranded and the building security is having to deal with them. HORRIBLE! And the rooms are not good. There are other places to stay that are much much nicer at half the cost!

The stay was ok. View is not good due to nearby construction. The fridge wasnt working which spoiled two dishes. Overall ok for a short stay.

No TV remote. WiFi was on and off. Was charge because the key broke while I was turning the knob (poor quality metal) and they say it's my fault. Am I Superman that I can break steel?

Confusion about our stay. The front desk have no idea where our rooms are. We had to call the owner of the unit to verify where we are suppose to stay. Guest cannot use the pool unless you have permission from the unit owner. Our second room is better than the first one. Place is good for one night stay only mostly for business trip. Wi-Fi is slow. May not go back there. No instruction on where to throw the garbage or if there is someone to pick them up.

We wanted to spend last few nights in a nice place where we could cook own food have a bit more room and 2 big beds and be close to the mall. We did not get 2 king beds cooking in the kitchen was not allowed only allowed to use microwave oven and kettle cupboards were broken and dirty and wired closed. We had a list of all channels to watch on tv but could not watch them because they had not paid for sky subscription so only had 2 local channels on tv to watch in tagalog. Shower was absolutely useless and the one thing i was looking for to after being in provinces. Pool was not free to use and dirty. The mall was to far to walk to all the time with 2 small children so ended up using taxi a lot wich we did not want to do. Check in time is 3pm and in the room rules they state that it is a first ones to check in get there rooms they booked. We would not recommend this place to anyone better off staying in a hotel somewhere else very disappointing and confusing place.

It’s a basic accommodation.
It’s a mixed review. Realised that this is not a luxury location, these are private apartments that are rented out. Therefore what you get depends on the individual owners. We had two rooms, one basic the other good quality. Before you arrive you need to call the agents to let them know you are on the way. This way they can meet you in reception. We had a problem that after a 14 hour flight we missed the messages so agents knocked on door at 11pm for deposit. Also make it very clear if you have a morning flight to catch as they have to check the room to return the cash deposit. We booked rooms with a sofa bed. You have to ask for the extra bedding. It may sound like a total moan. But we got what we paid for and are happy.

Deposit scam
We were transfered to another premises, not similar to what I booked. I supposed to have like a sofa bed on the original booking but the other one got none so I have to pay extra 600 pesos for that. Then during check out, the staff wont refund me my 1,000 pesos deposit money as she found a very old looking cigarrete butts by the window/ where the airconditioned place outside. We never smoke nor my friends in our entire life. I guessed that's their scam to get all the deposit withold from their customer! Very disappointed on this one!!

Condotel nightmare
Cockroaches, cockroaches. No extra key available. No cleaning everyday, must pay extra. No concierge, problematic wi-if. Had to buy own toilet paper. Expedia please inspect what you put out there. You risk your name and reputation. No more condotel for us in the future. Stick to known and reliable hotel chains. Always consider place to stay.. learned the hard way that your hotel should be major consideration when vacationing.

El sitio es bueno pero con sorpresa...
El residence es nuevo, no se puede decir nada malo. Lo que no me ha gustado es que ellos te piden dinero extra por la limpieza... Mi reserva era por dos noches y me pidieron mas o meno 40 euro por la limpieza pero en Filipinas una persona te limpia una habitacion con 2-3 euros... yo he discutido con ellos entonces me pidieron 18 euros. No es por el dinero es que me gusta pagar todo antes de salir de mi pais, Italia y llegar en el sitio con mi reserva ya completa. Es la primera vez que me pasa con 25 anos viajando por el mundo... Ultima cosa, pisina linda de verdad y la entrada se paga 150 PHI ( 2,50 euro)

I booked for my wife a double bedroom suite with king size beds , several weeks after the booking was made I was notified that the hotel had been changed , no reason for the change was given. once my wife arrived , she had to wait for an Expedia representative to arrive to help her Check in , once in the room it was not king size beds but full size , and the room was riddled with cockroaches will think twice before booking with expedia again and also would recommend you remove this hotel from your web site

Upon arriving, an additional 600 Pesos was collected per day, but no one cleaned our room, What a scam! However the location is convenient and the area is closed to Mall of Asia, and not very far from airport.

Not so Premier NO Haven
No microwave in the Unit, Water leak underneath Toilet, No hot water at kictchen and bathroom sinks, shower on demand water heater hard to control, No Sky cable, TV reception not good with limited channels, Internet connection slow(around 3 mbs) Soggy Futton not a sofa bed. Check out was a pain, have to wait for my deposit due to insufficient fund at the cashier's office. Only positive of this condotel is location, around 5 -10 mins. walk to Mall of Asia and proximity to the Airport (NAIA).

整體入住環境不佳、隔音差
訂房後要入住要花近40分鐘辦理入住手續，且入住明明都已在網站上付完費用，到場後還要收取600peso，一點都不合理。入住後家庭式套房整個就是無人在管理，無論是環境整潔、隔音都不佳，整個入住所花費的一點都不值。建議千萬別花錢出遊入住而住的不開心。

Great value for the money; seems to be a new place
Seems to be a new structure. Everything worked fine, except that other guests where a little loud at times in the early morning. While being busy shopping, etc. we didn't have a chance to swim in the pool, but it's pretty. Security guard is there at the entrance/lobby ... seemed to be a safe place and good value for the money.

Disappointing checkin
I arrived at the property 8pm expecting there will be a representative to assist me gor check in. Apparently its only the security guard in there and not having any idea about the process for checkin. I have to call the number only to tell me that i have to go in the room because they left the key in there. Ir would have been really helpful if they have emailed me beforehand of the process if no one will be there for checkin. It says in the confirmation email that check in is available until 11pm but that’s not what happened.

This place should not be on Orbitz!
This is the worst "hotel" check-in experience I have ever had in my entire life. It took 3 hours to find someone from check-in. After calling about a dozen times to 3 different phone numbers I finally reached someone who told us someone would be there to help us. Thirty minutes later, no one came and I called again. They said there are no rooms available and sent a Grab car (like Uber) for us to move us to another location. The Grab driver made us pay for the ride which the hotel never re-reimbursed us for. When we arrived there were several incompetent people running around and grabbing contracts to rent out these condominium units to us. One rushed me into signing a "contract" for the room and when we inspected the room, it was not at all to the standards to which I paid for on Orbitz. They then made us wait for another room which we accepted out of exhaustion (my wife was injured and we have a little boy. The roaches traumatized by 5 year old son. The double bed was too small for the three of us and the mattress was worn out and soft. I cannot believe this place is on Orbitz. As an Orbitz Gold member, my view is It should not be on Orbitz at all. They have no idea what they are doing and the place is disgusting. When we checked out, there were no staff to be found. We had to leave the keys with a security guard who is only responsible for the condominium building. This is a shady group that rents out private condominiums. They have no right to be on Orbitz.

The "hotel" was actually at the "Sea" something condos not the shell and the photos were not accurate either. Lack of communication made it extremely difficult to find, and had I not had my Filipina wife with me I probably would never had found the place. Shell knew nothing of the reservation and was not helpful at all with getting the reservation resolved. Great room though with full kitchen capability (stove, teapot, fridge, sink, etc) and good A/C unit.

Great place bad staff!! Dishonest!!
They place was great but they tryed to steal my deposit from me so make sure you get a receipt when you give the 1000 p !! They would not give me my money back for all most 3 hours! Only when I got mad and said I will call the police they the person telling me to get out with out my deposit pulled it out of his pocket!! But they tryed to keep it for sure don't let this happend to you!!
