I love staying here. It a cute clean cozy little condo. Ive been in philippines for 20 days so far. I booked it for a week. Went to another hotwk after my week. Didnt like the hotel an came right back here. This place was very convenient an safe. Id definitely recommended it to anyone.

The place was larger than the pictures showed. Everything was clean and working order. Has things I normally find not included. I will be back here. Love this place, I can't say it enough.

Horrible communication. None at all, had no idea where to go and where to checking and all. Had to ask random people on the street where things were. And even after we found the super cluttered tiny check in place, took ages to get key and see the room. Really bad experience.

Felt safe at all times in property and walking around. Plenty of street vendors up and down streets outside, McDonalds, laundry, grocery store all close. Wifi was good room comfortable ( bed could use new box spring and foam) but all in all would stay again. Nothing fancy but nice safe place to stay.

Not bad for the price. Everything pretty much worked, nice selection of cooking utensils, even a propane stove top which I didn't expect. No elevator but it said that in the ad. Safe enough. Clean enough. Good for a budget traveler.

I liked,the peace and queit Appartment was clean and tidy.Also everything you need is 5 minutes away. Lady who dealt with us is a nuce and pleasant lady 5 stars. Will go back again.

Excelent value.
Clean, comfortable, central location to shops and atms. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Small gated community, a little vibrant during the day, quiet at night and very safe. Apartment manager available by phone, whatsapp and viber, very convenient as we checked out at 2.30 am.

I never got the room I paid for and the room I was given had low grade cooking supplies. Most of the pans were burnt. The aerosol stove exploded and burnt all the hair off my hands. The bathroom sink was clogged from day one and never fixed and then upon checkout they kept 500 php for it being clogged. The place is cheap and definitely could use much better management. Good for a day but extended stays will turn into a nightmare. They bait you with a nice room and give you something very less than desirable. I will never stay here again. I truly hope this helps someone save time and money.

Nice but more efficiency needed
Nice comfortable room and bed, but toilet could not flush and terrace door was broken and it took 3 days before both were fixed. Was very happy about the convenience store which was inside the complex. Office was often closed. Some staff friendly. Overall, not bad for the price.

Very clean place.can cook light foods.mcdo and market just nearby. friendly staff.great host, all the time answered my inquiries promptly. it was a great place to stay and relax or maybe just a short stay if have connecting flight. i highly recommended Jen's apartment
