Hotel bien situé avec une belle piscine en rooftop. Personnel acceuillant. Petit-déjeuner correct mais il ne faut pas y aller trop tard. Par contre hotel un peu agé et seulement 2 ascenseurs pour les clients et le personnel. Il faut parfois etre patient. Les chambres en bas etages sont un peu bruyantes

C'est la sixième fois que je choisis cet hôtel. Il est particulièrement bien situé et tout est parfait dans cet établissement . Je le recommande régulièrement à mes amis . Le breakfast n'est plus aussi fastueux qu'avant la pandémie pour des raisons très compréhensible , mais reste de qualité .

Cet hôtel est toujours aussi excellent qu'avant la COVID 19.Personnel accueillant et dévoué.Le petit-déjeuner est un peu moins copieux qu'autrefois mais toujours aussi agréable.

J’avais réservé une chambre sans savoir que c’était une chambre au Penthouse. Malheureusement c’était une chambre avec peu de lumière extérieure. J’ai accepté de payer cher, vue impeccable au même étage. Pas vraiment de recyclage dans cette hôtel et dans Manille. Le buffet devenait de moins en moins attrayant, sur 14 jours je n’ai mangé que 4 fois. Il y a tellement à faire dans les environs, je retournerai possiblement à cette hôtel. Merci pour l’accueil de tout le personnel. Spécial merci à Dave.

Toit est top le petit déjeuner est génial grand buffet personnel aux petits soins et souriants dans tous les domaines. Oisicn êtres sympa en roof top ce roof top génial avec une vue magique. Chambre spacieuse. Propre. Bien placé dans quartier daffaire. Mall a proximité. Restaurants 7eleven etc... Roof top a faire absolument !!!! Chambre quelconque sans fenêtre. Très bien pour dormir. Le plus de cet hôtel, c’est la piscine au dernier étage. Très belle vue, beau jacuzzi. Et le restaurant à cet étage est très sympa.

Deuxiéme année consecutive
Cela fait la deuxième année consécutive que je séjourne dans cette hôtel ,je n'est pas était déçu.Mon fils a souhaité revenir dans cette hôtel propre et sécurisé, le personnel et trés attentif a nos besoins. La literie et super ainsi que les chambre.De plus il y a la salle de sport,le sauna... trés propres. J’espère sincèrement y retourner l'été prochain avec mon fils. I’ve stayed here twice already, and each time was wonderful. I did have a minor issue with my room when I checked in this time, but the staff was very accommodating to include moving me to another room and transporting my luggage in the process. They also did a follow up call in the morning to check on me. I’d gladly stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel, solo, for about a week. The building itself, and staff are great! Had everything I needed, rooftop lounge has a beautiful view, and laundry service was so convenient. The area around the property can get really busy, and in the evening the area gets a little risque. Not dangerous at all, just risque. I would stay here again, easily!

Staff was generally very service minded and they were attentive to our needs. Rooms were in good condition, but are beginning to show signs of aging. A renovation would be a good idea. We were most disappointed with the hotel’s, food area. The food being served was well prepared and each day there was a different variety of foods to select from. The issue was not with the food itself, but rather with the fact that there is a cockroach infestation in the dining area. Two days in a row this was observed. The first day the bug was on the floor and a waiter attempted to discreetly step on it and dispose of it. However, on the second day, when trying to get a piece of cheese, a cockroach came out from under the cheese. This was reported to the staff. They apologized for this, and ultimately refunded me for only 1 day’s breakfast. They told me that they do have pest control, but if this is true the job being done is poor. Worse yet, not only do bugs breed germs, but now they are carrying pesticides onto the food. I am not certain that the staff appreciated enough the potential danger imposed on their guests. As I said though they were apologetic. We have not frequented the dining area since this occurrence, which is a big inconvenience. In the future, this experience would cause me not to consider staying at the City Garden Hotel.
