A Nightmare!!!
It’s a nightmare. I reserved a room w/ multiple beds but was given a room that is so small and was not told before I went to my room that the room I reserved was not available due to their overbooking that day. I was very frustrated and disappointed.

I’m very happy w/ the staffs & Guard they are very helpful specially the guard (can’t remember the name but he’s a big guy☺️) always there for us to help my hubby (my hubby is 86yrs old) . In fact, we have to extend our stay for another 12days. I highly recommend Axiaa Hotel to my friends & relatives overseas.

Staff was very polite and accomodating. Great location, near Manila's largest shopping mall. Every possible shop and food sevice available at the mall. Movies,gym and health clinic located at the mall as well. Grocery store with pharmacy nearby, too. Seven-Eleven convenience store right next door. Breakfast served at guest's convenience. At $40 US dollars per night, it was a rare bargain. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Not recommended
My stay was ok, but the staff and policy is very disappointing. Examples: i bought a stay for five days with my wife. At check in i was commanded to leave my passport, credit card or driving license in the reception for the whole stay if i was going to have two access cards, one for me and one for my wife, and the meeting from the receptionist was absolutely not respectful and polite. The first morning after breakfast i asked for a cup of coffee but was told that custumors were only allowed one cup, even though there were coffee ready to be served in pots. I offered to buy, but had to go 8 floors down and to 7/11 to buy coffee there. No respect! The cleaners couldnt wait after they knocked on the door, entering the room before we got dressed in the morning. Things like this make a customer feel not respected and taken care of, and i DONT recommend this hotel and the service they provide.

The restaurant was very nice, good food. Location is great, places to get snacks and food outside. Also easy for taxi services. The hard part was finding the hotel because it is right at North Ave and West ave. My taxi driver could not find it, we had to use google maps driving directions for it. The sign is hard to see-it is an entrance on side of 7-11. But once inside, very nice looking and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, loved the food. The room had a/c which was great! Walking the halls and in the elevator was no fans or ventilation, it was stuffy and hot. Outside of that it was a great stay at a good price. I was very happy with it.

Overall, the room is clean and neat. The bed is comfy and sufficient luggage area. The staff is friendly and responsive. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. Shopping and restaurant is within walking distance. Suggestion- It will be better if ever floor will have hot water dispenser. This is helps family with baby during the stay.

Overall pleasant experience. Pros Room AC worked great. Relatively clean and modern. Standard toilet facilities for westerners as well. Super hot water Walk to SM North, and close enough to Taxi into Manila in half hour Grocery store and 7/11 next door. Cons Little too busy, but with all the shopping and businesses it's expected. Hotel is extremely warm unless you're in your room. Will only clean your room once, and must notify staff if additional cleaning required. Not many amenities. Jollybee downstairs but can only eat that so much. Restaurant on top floor, but pricey for the area. No coffee makers or fridge or anything like that. Pricey for what is really a basic room. I would certainly stay here again even with the cons.
