RIDGEWOOD TOWERS SWIMMING POOL GUIDELINES:
Pool usage is NOT FREE.
Pool rate: Php 100/pax
The pool area is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily but closed on Mondays for maintenance.
Only 2 pax at a time for 1BR units may use the pool.
Payment is settled directly to the building admin office or to the receptionist at the lobby for assistance.
Wear proper swimming attire.

PARKING GUIDELINES:

This unit doesn't have free parking. You have the option to park inside the premises by availing of our paid parking or park outside the premises.

For parking inside the premises, this is on a first-come, first-served basis. The overnight rate is PHP 500/night (multiple entries).

For outside parking, you may opt to park at SM Aura (15–20 minutes walk from Ridgewood Towers) for the following updated rates:
Monday to Friday = PHP 60.00 for first 4 hours (add PHP 20.00 per succeeding hour)
Saturday, Sunday, and holidays = PHP 60.00 fixed rate

Other fees:
PHP 300.00 overnight parking after 3:30 A.M.
PHP 200.00 lost/damaged ticket

NEARBY COMMERCIAL SHOPS:

There is a newly opened convenience store (Alfamart) at Ridgewood Towers. Currently, this store opens at 8 A.M. and closes at 11 P.M. daily. Otherwise, you can walk or book a ride to the supermarket at SM Aura or Market Market.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. This listing implements a strict cancellation and alteration policy.
2. Please note that we are not allowed to change the list of registered names on the day of the check-in or any day after that, unless due to misspelled names. Changes or alterations to booking dates will not be allowed once booked.
3. For the building registration and guest entry permit, kindly submit the following at least a week prior to your arrival, or if it's an instant booking (less than seven days, next day, or same-day check-in), please submit right after you book:

*Email address of the main guest (booker)

4. If your check-in date falls on a weekend, please ensure to submit your requirements on or before Friday. The building administration and security are fairly strict, so we'll need to pre-register you before your arrival.
5. For same-day bookings with a preferred check-in time beyond 5 PM, our staff will assist you under the visitor's pass. This is especially true on holidays and weekends. On the following business/working day, the entry pass will be processed.
6. Inviting visitors during your stay is strictly not allowed. Only registered guests are eligible to enter the premises.
