Nice and quite place fairly near to the airport
It was a pleasant stay. I needed a quiet place quite near to the airport and that's exactly what I got. The reception guy was very friendly and helpful, Internet was decently fast. I am satisfied.

部屋は潔感があり特に問題ありませんでした。鏡、ハンガー等あります。トイレは綺麗ですがトイレットペーパーがないです。お風呂はシャワーが出ず、バケツと桶が置いてありましたがあまり綺麗ではないので蛇口から直接使いました。水勢は問題ないですがお湯が出ないので水浴びです。飲み水に関しては1階に浄水器があったので毎日それをペットボトルに汲んでいました。値段相応という感じで4日間充分過ごせました。

値段を考えれば問題ない。周りは閑静な住宅街という感じです。セブ自体どこに行くにもあんまリ便利じゃないんで、特に文句もないです

위치가 조금 번화가에서 멀리 있기는 한데 어짜피 택시타고 다니면 되는거고 정말 싼 가격에 괜찮은 게스트하우스를 구한거 같네요ㅎㅎ 사장님도 좋으신 분이고 아무튼 만족합니다.

Hotel is clean pleasant and good service. For more improvement They should consider providing laundry service if not allow guest to use their washing machine. They can consider provide a microvave oven. And the main area lobby television should be for guest only. Most of the time the hotel staff or family are watching the tv which was supposed to be meant for guest. That explain there is seldom any guest that hangs out at the common/reception area. I hope they can allow me to use their motor for short distance ride to tita gwapa to buy groceries and food at 7-11 as walking is quite far.

The television in the lobby area is for everyone to use including the guesthouse staff and even the guests of our guests. We have provided a television in all of our rooms for the guest to have a private viewing of any show they like to watch. We strictly do not allow the use of any appliance outside of the ones provided in the room and in any facility of the guesthouse as defined in our hotel facilities made available for the guests. We also cannot allow our guests to use our motorcycle as it is is strictly for the use of our guesthouse staff only. Unless otherwise it is really necessary or in case of emergency, then we may consider lending the motorcycle to our guests. Once again, thank you so much for your feedback and continued patronage of our guesthouse.

Fabulous hotel
Hotel is spectacular for the price. Service and staff A1. Rooms big and clean. Great dependable wifi. Close to airport relatively speaking. I love this place and will be staying there again. The only reason I don't rate 5 stars is because the location is not close to anything, about a 10 minute walk to 7 eleven, no western style or other fancy restaurants anywhere nearby. No shopping nearby either. You have to call or walk quite a way for a taxi. But I do recommend it especially if you are on a budget, don't let the low price fool you, very nice place. VERY HOT WATER IN SHOWER! LOVE IT!

Great hotel, short and cheap taxi ride from airport. Accommodation is spotless with hot shower, safe area staff are very lovely and very accommodating, supermarket and 7/11 two min walk away. Price is unbeatable very good stay.

Nice Hotel close to Cebu City center
Nice accommodation for those with limited budget travellers. Nice location even inside the City. Quite neighbourhood. Comfort Room is shared for standard rooms buts it is clean and room ambiance is good. Staff are nice and honest. We had left something in the room after check out and we were informed immediately by the staff. We enjoyed our staycation at this hotel. Highly recommended for travellers. Thank you.

Convenient and recommended
Residenz is convenient. It is within walking distance from the supermarket, 7 Eleven, and jeepneys. The lodging was also decent, I thought it would be more like a hostel style but it's more than what I expected. My room was huge, clean, and comfortable. I checked in early and they were very helpful in accomodating me. Previous guests checked out early and they allowed me to check in early. Owner drove me to the airport (P150 flat) since Uber and I lost contact for a pickup. Very convenient and he was very nice. Overall, highly recommended and would stay again.

the place is very comfortable. highly recomended
in room they provide cereal and fresh milk. Lot of green tea and 3 in 1 coffee.kettle. cutlery. and some plates and bowl. It is very helpful since there is very difficult to find HALAL food in El Nido. So mostly we cook the instant noodle that we brought from Malaysia. have 1 complete bathroom with toilet and another 1 toilets. Enough soap and shampoo provided for 3 person! The staff very helpful. The room very clean. Only things that make us a bit sad is the wifi connection. HA HA HA. Millennial needs good wifi connection. Please.

Jeg ringte på forhånd og spurte om det gikk greit om vi kom frem klokka tre på natta. Det sa de at skulle gå helt fint, men da vi kom dit sto vi fra kvart på tre til kvart over tre i pøsende regn uten at noen åpnet. Telefonen de har registrert kan bare ringes fra en fasttelefon (landline) så vi kunne heller ikke ringe. Ingen e-post sto under kontaktopplysninger heller. De kontaktet oss ikke dagen derpå, og vi har ikke fått igjen pengene. (Jeg rangerte alt elendig, men jeg har åpenbart ikke noen idé om hvordan renholdet faktisk er)

fine for 1 night during transit
We like the hotel, but there are no restaurants around, and there is no breakfast offered. We did get a pizza delivered, but it was pretty bad. The room and hotel itself is great and cheap, and on the bus line from Malapascua, which is why we picked it. Fine for 1 night. Main problem is neighbors sing karaoke or play loud music all the time.

Отличное место для ночевки между авиаперелётом и переездом на соседние острова (в случае прилёта позже 11-12:00 на лодку успеть почти нереально, лучше переночевать в Себу) или для бюджетных путешествий. Небольшие, но чистые номера с удобными кроватями, рабочие кондиционеры, очень тихо в самом отеле. Приятный вежливый персонал. Небольшой минус - ванные и туалеты на этаж (на 3 номера), но неудобств это не доставило. При себе иметь гигиенические принадлежности (шампунь и т.п.), т.к. они не предоставляются.

Very Pleasant Stay
Stayed for 3 nights in their family room. Quiet neighborhood. Family owned and operated. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The shower had low water pressure and the toilet didn't flush well, but these were minor compared to the comfort and pleasantness of our stay. I would definitely return here.

The staff on the reception area must orient their guest if the snack serve on the lobby is free or have charge like biscuits, coffee, tea, juice etc. Can go back to guesthouse very late at night. There is no extra charge for the twin room even you are three inside the room.
