When we booked the reservation through VRBO it showed we had the whole the house. Upon arrival we were told we just had the top half. Which was fine. But not what the listing said when we book it. We chose it because of 6 bedrooms and 4 bath. Plenty of room for all. The host was adamant it was only lisyed for the top half.but that was not the case. Was going to be extra fees if we used downstairs.

Wildlife Viewing Amazing

This home and property are gorgeous. We were able to see 4th of July fireworks from the deck, wild birds, deer and small animals. It was heaven on Earth for us. Jen was lovely and very responsive to any questions or needs. We would definitely return.

Great house

The house was clean with very comfortable beds and furniture. The linens were very nice. We had every thing we needed in the kitchen. The views from the back deck are amazing. Communication was easy and the house instructions were easy to follow. We used the house to visit Mesa Verde National Park and the surrounding area. The house is in a secluded setting, very beautiful and quiet. The owners live on site (as stated in the description) in the downstairs unit of the home. We did not see them during our visit. The place if perfect for exploring Cortez, Mancos, Durango and the national park.

Mesa Verde

If your destination is Mesa Verde this the place to stay!! They can accommodate large families comfortably with spacious bedrooms, large living area, fully equipped kitchen and views to die for. There are also outdoor toys like volleyball and tether all!! Jen was very cordial, welcoming and responsive. The property is only about 3 miles from the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park; about a 15-20 minute drive to the Canyon of the Ancients Visitors Center, and about an hour from 4 Corners National Monument!! The town of Cortez is only about 10 minutes away where there are grocery stores and lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it!!

Perfect Family Retreat

If you are looking for the perfect location for your family adventure...look no further. This beautiful home is centrally located to so many beautiful places such as, mesa verde, four corners, arches national park, and Durango. This home became our retreat for our family as we visited numerous parks. We all loved the gorgeous views and there was plenty of space for my whole family of five. Moreover, our family had so many laughs over the pop the pig game. We cant thank you enough for sharing your wonderful home with our family!

We will definitely stay again. Home has a great layout, bed and bath locations are great! Made our stay very comfortable. This home has amazing views and it's nicely appointed. Family road trip

A fabulous place to stay with our four kids and daughter-in-law, while today tripping! Proximity to Mesa Verde national Park was absolutely ideal. Everyone was so comfy and cozy and this house, and the owners obviously know how to run a rental property. They put several personal touches on the experience that were really lovely and helpful. My only very small complaint is that the water pressure wasn't great, if too many sources were running at once. I think that's maybe just how it goes, at a remote home on the hillside. Honestly it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, everything was ideal, and I would absolutely stay again.

EPIC Vacation !

This VRBO was perfect in every way. The large windows of the house look out over wilderness and mountains which were just beautiful with snow. The house itself was well-stocked, the beds comfy, the layout perfect, the games (for kids and adults) much appreciated, and the hosts WONDERFUL. As an added bonus we had our own sled ridding hill right outside our door! And if you want to explore the area the home is perfectly located right by Mesa Verde with several unique Southwest Colorado towns and hiking areas to explore nearby. We WILL be back!

Beautiful house with breathtaking views

Our family stayed at this house while visiting Mesa Verde. It was very quiet and peaceful with amazing views all around. It was a great place to come back to after hiking in the park and the house had everything you could hope for. I wish we could have stayed longer.

My family and I were looking for somewhere quiet, beautiful, and secluded in the Mancos area and this place fit the bill perfectly.
