Aparthotel room layout and kitchenette with Nespresso, dishwasher fridge, movable tv formats work well. Ground floor and floor 9 reception areas, drinks and food cafe confusing arrangements for payment, to know how to speak to. Room is not sound proofed. Noise of pipes, could hear people coughing, etc. Nearly very good. But bit disappointing on some basics.

Excellent location, transport links and quality for money. My only complaint is that the bed was made up of two single mattresses that had been pushed together and covered with a double fitted sheet. This made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. It’s a shame, as everything else was great.

Everything was good except the laundry because not all of the washing machines were working specially the dryer machines.That is just the point but in general the services and the room was really nice.

Our hotel is situated on the 9th floor due to being 2 hotels in 1 building and motel one occupying floors 1-8. With us taking 9-20. We do hope that you will make a return visit in the future.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Manchester Piccadilly station, but it is very close to the tram station. The room was clean and spacious for two people. It was perfect except for the curtains being thin and the morning sun shining brightly. Thank you for your comfortable stay.

Great location, right in the centre. We didn’t get a room with a city and it was a very small apartment, way too small for 3 people. We tried to change the room once we’ve checked in but were told fully booked. If we were staying for more than one night, we wouldn’t be comfortable at all. On the positive note, kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was clean.

This property was an apartment with your own catering facilities if required. There was also a bar and restaurant facilities available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was modern and clean. Close to all local amenities. No Housekeeping which to me was perfect as I don't like people entering my room when I'm out... but they will enter and collect any rubbish if you leave out the door sign. There is also the option to ask for more bedding and clean towels. No parking but there are car parks close by where the car can be left securely. I used 'Native' and got a taxi to the hotel for £5. I will definitely be staying here again.

good stay but noisy neighbours
This was a lovely place to stay - the location was perfect, friendly staff team, lovely looking décor inside, perfect rooms. The only issue I had was I had very noisy people above me that kept me awake up until the early hours both nights of my three night working trip, but I cannot blame the hotel for that as its out of their control
