Excellent ! Le meilleur hôtel que l'on ai fait ! Tout était parfait mais dans les petits plus la piscine était super, le personnel adorable et le "diner" à côté était très bon et gratuit pour les enfants, sans parler de la "laundry" en accès libre avec une super machine à laver et le sèche linge mise à la disposition des hôtes.

Fin de semaine parfaite.
Fin de semaine au Nascar dans le New Hampshire. L'hotel est pas trop loin de la track. De plus, l'hotel a un spa et une piscine, parfait pour décompresser. Assurez que nous allons y retourner.

Hôtel digne de ce nom, impeccable, accomodant, personnel à l'écoute et très bien situé dans les axes routiers. Le resto de l'hôtel est un incontournable aussi... surtout pour les déjeuners. La chambre était spacieuse, impeccable également et très bien insonorisée.

Upon arrival they couldn't find our reservation by name which was ridiculous. They offered me a sheet of paper to call the other holiday inn nearby to see if they had me instead of calling themselves which would have been proper customer service. Another attendant told me they didn’t have my reservation and then they finally said oh we already had you checked in. If I was there on a quality control inspection I would have rated them poorly. People out of uniform, the elevator to the right had mechanical issues with the door and both needed to be cleaned, bathroom wasn’t clean (hair in the tub). Come on. Their function is hospitality. Two saving graces were the nice man who gave me shaving cream - he was very kind and the adjacent diner. I can’t believe I paid all that money for this kind of service. Never again will we atay at a holiday inn.

Nice property but in an industrial area. There's a good restaurant attached and options very close by. Good bang for the buck. Friendly staff. They don't monitor the check in desk too closely nor have a way to alert them you are there. Mone the less. they are helpful and knowledgable.

Along side our attached diner open 6am - 10pm, there's also a 24 hour fitness center, heated pool and hot tub as well as an airport shuttle to carry our guest to and from the airport between 4am -11pm. I understand you may not have seen front desk staff present at all times but there is a bell that can be rung to alert them when they are in the back or happen to step away for a few moments. Hotel could use a pick me up- looks a bit old and not up kept. There were crumbs and a lighter in the pullout bed, and someone’s left over food in fridge. The staff are nice but are limited and it shows. I probably wouldn’t stay at this location again and chose another hotel in the area.

When I arrived at the airport and called for the shuttle, the desk told me it was closed for the day. When asked she told me my driver lied and offered no option on how to get there. I walked to the hotel, cancelled my room and left.

My stay at the Holiday Inn was very pleasant. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, my room was comfortable and clean, and the attached restaurant had good food at a reasonable price. The location was very convenient to the airport and highway. It was a great choice after a long day of travel. I will stay there again when I fly into Manchester.

Local person - this is a great place to stay locally! I always forget it’s a holiday inn cause it’s more of a Marriott/Hilton vibe. Great attached inexpensive restaurant. Really soft and comfy mattress. Cheap airport parking. Pool and hot tub clean. Great staff. Attached mini convenience store. Safe area that is no where near downtown (so can’t walk to restaurants but is a safer area so depends on your needs). Solid place to book!

The rooms were clean, staff was polite and helpful. Convenient to Manchester airport and the shuttle service started early so that we could make it to the airport in time for our very early flight.

Stayed at this hotel for my graduation at SNHU. Eric was phenomenal he really made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help. Very nice place to stay. Highly recommend!

Avoid Omni Hotel, dated, run down poor service
Horrible check in experience, room shabby and not maintained. Cabinet door on furniture hanging down would not close, TV didnt not work, part missing on sink faucet so water sprayed out everywhere when on any more than a trickle. Toliet very difficult to get it to flush. Ice machine on floor did not work. All issues reported zero done over two day stay, will never be back.
