The emphasis on security and ID checks, while intended to ensure guest safety but we understand your preference to not carry your ID around in unfamiliar cities. Your feedback on this matter is important and will be considered in reviewing the hotel's security protocols to balance safety with guest convenience. The issue regarding the security deposit and your experience with room cleanliness and soundproofing will also be addressed to ensure a more satisfactory stay.
