All Team is upset to hear that you were not pleased with your stay and experience received. İt is necessary to mention, that hotel is not responsible for a payment refund. A refund can be done through the travel agency, which you were notified at the reception. Hotel staff, especially receptionists, speak foreign languages. Guest Relations Department is in the hotel and ready to help you in any situations you will need. We are sorry, you did not contact us during your stay. Havlu alımı SPA merkezinden yapılıyor olup, havlular sabah saatlerinde misafirlerimize verilir ve akşam saatlerinde geri toplanmaktadır. Havlu temizliği bu şekilde sağlanabildiği için yönetimin vermiş olduğu bir karar olmakla birlikte zorunda kalan misafirlerimiz için bazen istisnai durumlar yapılabilmektedir.Sizleri tekrar VONRESORT HOTELS ağırlamaktan memnun olacağımızı belirtirim.
