établissement moyen très cher pour ce que c'est. Piscine très petite. Vérifiez vos relevés de comptes; J'ai eu des prélèvements en plus alors que j'avais tout payé à Expédia. Je suis très fâché et ne recommande pas cet établissement.

The only things I didn’t like was that a few things weren’t working. Some light switches, the phone and the iron. Everything else was really good.

It's very unsafe. I went out to see my friends and when I came back at almost 1:00 am, I found the door of my room opened. I was afraid of getting in. So, I finally got in and thank God nobody was inside. Next morning I reported to the front desk and they just mentioned that they were going to write a report. The problem is that the parking lot is on the back of the building and the door is always opened, so, anyone can get into the facilities. They just can fallow you to the elevator and that's it. I requested a discount for that incident and they said that because I made the reservation through Expedia they can't do anything about it. For me that sounds ridiculous because Expedia doesn't own the building. Any how, I don't think I'll stay again there. Thanks

Regretfully I understand the main entrance door situation due to it stop working this weekend, we are already on top of it to get it repaired. As you can see in the multiple reviews this is not a typical experience in our hotel. My most since apologies for this situtation.

Everything was very good front personal was the best everything clean it’s a beautiful place to stay .only one problem with personal from house keeping she was not friendly it bothered her when I asked for towel's and she was skipping my room all the time so sad only one person the rest was very professional .

Close to shopping and restaurants. They had a polite attentive bartender. Otherwise, dirty shower doors, food stained comforter turned face down on the bed even after requesting it be replaced, understaffed to the point where you need to remind staff of simple requests, reserving a king room and getting two queens. Pool water that smells like sewage indicates the pool may not have proper chemicals for safety. This property was a disappointment in many ways.
