« We loved how close we were to the beach. It was beautiful, so nice. We loved that we weren't near the major public beaches and were more secluded. « We chose this rental because it was advertised as being 250 steps to a private beach. The property itself was clean, keyless entry was awesome and it was well equipped. There was only one problem. « The location proximity to the beach was perfect. You can see the gulf from your lanai. Owners of other units were very friendly, and the beach was never crowded. The unit was well supplied and had extra blankets/sheets, bath/hand towels and washcloths. We hope to stay again soon. »

« Starfish Stays accommodated my husband and myself comfortably. Couch & tv for him to watch his news and read his paper. Chair outside by door for me to sip coffee. Bed was comfortable! « Our stay at starfish stays was exactly what we needed to start summer off. Manasota key is a beautiful community. The accommodations were amazing and just fed the beach vibe we needed. « Original description made it sound like the pool was in close proximity to the unit along with being able to watch the sunrise. Not so. While the walk and crossing the street to get to the pool was not a huge distance, it was further than we wanted to walk. The Gulf was beautiful, the sand was HOT and rough walking on it barefoot. All in all we had a wonderful time. Weather cooperated and we returned home to a 25° temperature difference. We are already talking about next year. »
