Avoid this hotel
Noisy hotel, with noisy guests and strange people coming in and out of the hotel rooms at night. Booked by mistake a room for smokers and was told that there were no more rooms to accommodate us. When asking the staff to request other guests to lower the noise at midnight, they were not only unresponsive but even suggested we were making up a story because there was no noise. Avoid at all costs.

Very good value for the money hotel - gr8 location
A good value for the money hotel - nice big room and nice lobby. In a very good location - near the avenues mall and the national museum. Abed el rachman and his indian colleague were very nice in everything we asked and also let us check out a bit late

Terrible cleanliness. Bed bugs. Dirty sheets and towels. Kettle had mould growing on the inside. TV doesn’t work. Gym smells like a dead rat. Residential area, so not much around. Hotel is in disrepair. Don’t stay here.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the reception staff! A lovely hotel with a delicious breakfast! Run vnry efficiehtly, the hotel is one of the best I've stayed in during my visits to Bahrain!

Service was very good. Room was comfortable, although no milk provided for tea. Staff friendly and efficient.

An almost new hotel that dissapoints
A very new hotel, but with dated futures and not quite what I would have expected. Nice Entry area& good room size, but on the downside the overall housekeeping should be much higher than found. Public areas & elevators seem like several years old, with visible QC problems when it come to cleaning. Interior in rooms seems of dated design, even though it was high end on the electrics?? Chair being damaged already, armchair polstering having seen better days & the wardrobe sliding cover not working. The bed was quite hard & not of a devcent quality for a 4 star hotel. The Breakfast area is part of the Cafe, which somehow seems forgotten in the design of the Hotel. Friendly Staff and very helpfull, but I think I would be looking for a different hotel next time.

Pros: Hotel is clean. Rooms are new and updated. Inexpensive. Cons: The lighting was hard to figure out. Coffee shop in lobby has limited menu. And hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is absolutely nothing in vicinity. Staff isn't very communicative. They couldn't answer basic questions. If you want to take a jacuzzi or sauna, make sure you ask several hours in advance. It takes a long time for it to warm up.

Issues with the air system - I got sick
The hotel needs to inspect their rooms air ducts and a quality check for the air system in general. I got sick after spending 2 nights and everytime I turn the AC on my allergies start acting up. The bathroom and the shower wasn’t cleaned well and it was tiny to even more around the shower. Bed was hard and needs to be more comfortable. I still don’t get why a 4 star hotel will charge you almost 3$ just to deliver a bucket of ice to your room. It’s not a good look and I won’t stay there again for sure. The hotel has potentials to improve and become better in its category.

The facilities were beautiful -- well appointed, clean, modern. Although I had booked a queen bed (single occupancy) through Expedia, the bed was a twin. I had expected this might be the case, given earlier reviews, so be prepared for a comfortable bed, but smaller than advertised. My stay was marred by a night of fire alarms ringing incessantly (over 12 times all night long). I was very disappointed that management did nothing to mitigate this -- I expected, perhaps, a meal voucher or a massage. Also, the first day, my room wasn't cleaned until I asked in the evening. Coffee was never replenished without asking. The Indian restaurant was quite good, but the cafe was awful (food, coffee...). So -- a mixed review. Nice facilities; everything else under par. But it was a budget price -- you get what you pay for!

I like because it's a small hotel, so the staff is very warm, careful and professional with the customers. In the other hand, the location is not easy to get in car, and or walking, and surroundings are not good enough. Once inside everything is nice, and you feel like in home

If you want a 5 star experience, book this Hotel!
I couldn’t find any reviews on this hotel prior to booking but boy am I happy I booked. The hotel was not only beautiful, but also pretty high tech. For me the hotel was no less then 5 stars. I definitely plan to stay at the Meshal Hotel the next time I’m in Bahrain!

When you take a shower the entire bathroom floor gets wet. It is a poor design, which my other friends that stayed had similar issues. The lights in the bathroom were also mostly out so it was kind of a dark shower. We ran out of toilet paper right away, which makes me think it wasn't properly inspected before our arrival. Overall the staff was great and hotel was nice.

Very modern, recently updated. The economy rooms are very small. Perfect for someone not planning on staying in the room much. The deluxe and superior suites are fantastic. Very large rooms for a modest price. $100 USD was worth the two room king size bed with a view. Everything over the fourth floor has an ocean view.

The Disco and the Morocco places produce too much noise on the weekend nights, this is because the music level. Besides this, don't like the cigarette smell in these places and rooms halls. Good things: The Spa equipment is good, the sauna, vapor room, jacuzzi, etc are very comfortable, clean and new. The massages area is nice, has good service, is clean, quiet, and ladies are very professional
